I wasn’t real impressed with the menu... wine listed from Nappa? Didn’t anyone spell check before the print? There was another as well... thought that was strange. And looking at the light fixtures full of dust and dead flies in an eating establishment was pretty gross. I would think they have an established cleaning crew that could tackle that.
Server was polite but a bit slow and not very attentive.
Ordered wings, cheese curds and a salad. Wings were definitely leftover. The skins was soft and the meat tasted like they were cooked the week before! Cheese curds were good, and the salad was properly dressed. It just lacked zing.
First time eating here with our family that we haven’t seen since pre-COVID - great food and the live music was fun!
Food and atmosphere always ideal! I hope they keep the breaded Parmesan shrimp around!!
There were 3 of us, my wife had pow pow shrimp (?) and she liked them a lot, our friend had the rueben she said it was delicious, I had the lobster Mac and it was fair at best, no flavor (I had my wife and friend try it as well) it was warm at best, not hot at all and to get a waitresses attention was impossible, we had the Fries and Pountine and that was cold as once again to find someone to have them taken back was virtually impossible,,, I will not be going back anytime soon
Don't go for the food. You will be disappointed. Go for the outdoor seating and live entertainment. I had a Ruben sandwich. It had a different taste because it seemed the sauerkraut was fresh not pickled, but then I realized they had also forgot the thousand island dressing. I ended up eating the sandwich without the thousand island because the waitress never came back. I was with other people so I didn't want them to have to wait for me. The outdoor seating was great! There was plenty of room between the tables. We were there on a Wednesday when they had live entertainment. It was loud enough to hear the music and still visit with my friends.
Waitress was terrible, could tell she didn’t want to be there. Took our order and that was the last we seen of her. Food was delivered by someone else and so was the box. Never got check on to see how the food was or even ask if we wanted more drinks. Fries were old as well. Food was just okay.
The have a wonderful patio.
Food was good. Little disappointed because I couldn't order the pork because it was not done smoking.
We sat outside and had a wonderful time! Great food and service. Would highly recommend.
Always great food and drinks!
The food was good and the environment was perfect for our date night.
Overall we had a great experience dining outside at O’Briens Public House. Check in was slow, but once helped we seated ourself on patio. We gathered for a birthday event. Delicious cocktails and different beers on tap than typical pubs which was nice! Lots of variety for apps and dinner. A few specials were sold out, but that’s a good thing for business! We would come back again for sure!
We made a reservation but didn’t need one for the patio. There was one waitress for 8 tables and she had a hard time keeping up. We asked prior to ordering if kids ate free and they did but she still charged us. They only had pop for kids beverages but never actually brought the drink for the kid with us
Lauren made a great old fashion
It is always a pleasure to visit O'Briens Public House. Consistantly good food and service.
Lobster Cobb Salad was fabulous
Tonight was not our night. They were out of two of the beers we ordered, but the waitress did not know. Then she came back to tell us that one of the items in a featured cocktail was out. We ordered food and they were not making another of our choices that day even though it was on the menu. The waitress had to come back to let us know each time. Unfortunately, we had another couple with us who we raved about the place prior to bringing them. I would recommend hoping this was not a new pattern.
Food was good quality, both in terms of ingredients and portion sizes. Ambience was nice, quieter but not forcibly, everyone just had their own space. Servers were attentive and nice. Music was cool, wish we would've stayed longer.
Great food, very tentative waitress. She was great & nice!
Great music, tasty drinks, and an excellent Boston Lobster Roll
Great dinner and service on the patio.
I was excited to see that they had expanded their menu options from the last time I visited. The Raspberry Apple Cider was a great surprise cocktail! Great patio seating, and friendly staff.
Great outdoor option with spacing. Chilled water appreciated on summer afternoon.
Great fish tacos! Drink special ($5) was just okay, not much alcohol in it for sure but refreshing nonetheless.
Outside patio was pleasant and waitress was nice.
I would definitely return...again, I've been there many times before.
Great food, drinks and service. Will go back again.
Service and ambiance are great but they need to step the ford up a notch. Good but merely average.
Good food but service could’ve been a little better
My boyfriend and I were here on a Friday. The food was great, drinks were awesome, and atmosphere was great for us. Something that really stood out to me was out OUTSTANDING waitress. I didn't catch her name but she was a young blonde girl. She was very friendly and helpful. She also made excellent and appropriate conversation with both of us.
One of our favorite places! Great service and AMAZING food!!
Food was good, service was terrible.
Great experience! Patio is wonderful, food was great as well as service!
Good food, delicious cocktails and a wonderful server!!!
We had not been offered desert or even received the last of our food before we were told our check was coming . Then repeated walk-byes by hostess staff until we left. We were not there very long. Not professional
This is our favorite place. Great food, warm atmosphere and wonderful service
Server was over seated, inattentive and forgetful. Bar was extremely slow in getting drinks out. Food was good.
Great atmosphere and good food. We were there for brunch and it was delicious.
We love eating at O’Brien’s. They’re always great with our two young kids, they have good gluten free options too. They’re always having specials going on and the food is always great!
