Reviews and photos online make it sound like a nice, somewhat fancy place but it's basic and plain with only one section with white tablecloths. We were able to get a reservation and service was great but those were the only things to recommend it.

Great food! Found this gem while visiting Annapolis for the day. Wasn’t very busy yet since we had very early dinner. Service was great. The food was amazing. 6 of us all loved our meals. Crab cakes are phenomenal and the Greek potatoes were a new surprise. Others had the scallops and shrimp, filet and we also tried the crab balls, shrimp cocktail and raw oysters. All was delicious. We also enjoyed their house Bloody Mary that was loaded up! Highly recommend for a seafood place in the area. It may not have waterfront views or fancy outdoor eating but the food is well worth the visit!

We got in at 2 PM and our waitress was good enough to put in a brunch order for us even though we were right at the end of the official period for brunch, everybody was happy with their food. Two of us had the Mexicana eggs one person had an omelette, and another one had an eggs Benedict

Very good food and nice and attentive staff. I hesitate to say anything about the noise level because the restaurant certainly can't control that but it was quite loud at times and hard to hear our own conversation. The food outweighed the noise though.

We had a wonderful meal, catching up with family we hadn’t seen in a long time. Everything was excellent - selection, the food, the beverages, and the service. It was a little loud, but the restaurant was packed. We even heard them turning people away if they didn’t have a a reservation (we had one). There had been a marathon that morning, so that probably added to what is their normal crowd. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

It was a very busy day in Annapolis, so they opened up the upstairs that they don’t normally open, and we were the only people there for most of the meal. The service was phenomenal; the food was absolutely fabulous! We will return!

Great location for brunch. They have a lot of options from the brunch menu and their regular menu is still available. Their bottomless mimosas are a great deal especially since they serve them in pint glasses. The cream of crab soup was delicious. Oh and their hot toddy was very good, it was like I was back in Ireland.

We like to eat at different restaurants before attending a concert at Rams Head in Annapolis. This was my first time to eat here. My husband used to frequent the restaurant during the legislative sessions but that was a long time ago. We were originally seated in an area where a very loud conversation at the only other table was taking place. So loud that we couldn’t hear the server when she asked for our drink order. She found us another table which was much quieter and nicer (white tablecloths on the tables). My husbands oysters on the half shell were large and tasty according to him. My shrimp cocktail was plentiful but the shrimp were watery and the cocktail sauce thin. My husband enjoyed the Cubano sandwich he ordered and the cream of crab soup I ordered was tasty with a sufficient amount of crab. After taking our order, we didn’t see our server until it was time to get the bill. In fairness, she was continuing to serve us even though she was assigned to the noisy room where we were initially seated. So she was doing us a favor by reseating us to a quieter area even though it wasn’t hers but she took responsibility for us. We appreciated her commitment.

Went here for Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived for our reservation. We were seated at a table with a wall behind us and a door, which seemed to lead to a closet/pantry that was directly behind my chair. Throughout our meal, restaurant staff were needing to enter this closet - which seems to be an unheated space. I was forced to wear my coat the entire meal because it was so cold. Waitstaff was apologizing each time they disrupted us. Food was average, drinks were good, honestly not worth the price we paid. Won’t be heading back any time soon

Had dinner with my wife at O'Brien's Oyster Bar in Annapolis on the Saturday of the Army-Navy game. With the game on the TVs (which were numerous) and several bars with crowds, the noise level was understandably high. We ordered oysters and for dinner we ordered fish and chips and a fried grouper po boy. The oysters failed to arrive before the entrées which was annoying to say the least. On my wife's fish and chips, the breading was somewhat gummy, and she peeled most of it off to get to the fish. My grouper was good--the breading didn't seem to be as bad. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Great location to enjoy a cocktail downtown, however, our dinners were disappointing and over priced for the quality. Bothe the scallops and ahi tuna were frozen not fresh. Pasta entrées were short on the proteins mentioned on the menu.

This was a combo sports bar and dining room, and luckily they had room for my party of one on Thanksgiving though I thought I had made a reservation elsewhere. Turkey dinner had plenty of moist white meat, mashed potatoes, good green beans and cranberry sauce. But the gravy must have been from a jar and was much too salty, as was a large muffin-shaped serving of oyster stuffing. A nearby table must have taken pity on my being alone and paid by bill. So I can't complain about the price of $27.
