Two Floors, Two Bars, One Great Irish Pub....O'Brien's in the Heart of Time Square is not your typical Irish Pub. A warm, cozy atmosphere with Good Pub Fare and a welcome for everyone. "The Sin Bin", our upstairs restaurant and party room, which is available for Private Events, also has an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy all the atmosphere that Time Square can throw at you. Ambiance was ok. Music was pleasant. We ordered rubin sandwich which came with fries...The worst ruben ever! French fries tasted terrible too. Peachy O'Brien tasted awful.

Greeted ignored me when I said I booked on Open Table. Thank goodness we got the points. Rest of staff was great!

Muy lento el servicio y eso que habia muy poca gente, el precio un poco elevado en algunos casos y no me parece bien que incluyan la propina en la factura y sea de un 20%, ya que otros restaurantes te dan la opcion de elegir si das un 15-18 o 20, en este caso el 20 no era merecido.

Food was good but the service disappointing. Our waitress barely look at us and seemed annoyed with our presence all the time. I was with my husband, sister and mom and wanted to show them an Irish pub because I lived there for a while and unfortunately the experience was not good.

It was a cute place. Actually got there early and we were able to get seated. Sat on the 2nd floor right near the street view of the window. Lovely seats. Unique alcoholic drinks. Loved the French onion soup and burger. I would go here again.

Even though I had a confirmed reservation via open table, the hostess told me she didn’t have it. I showed her my mobile confirmation but she me not to worry about it. I then received a cancellation email from the restaurant and had to contact open table for my points. Hostess needs training big time. Waitress was good, food average bar food. I like the O’Brien’s ale

Everything was perfect. The food was just WOW. Specially the fish and chips. The drinks were great. We had a table on the second floor. Very quiet and we appreciated. The waitress was very kind and patient. I highly recommend the pub.

The hamburgers were awful. They were not freshly made. There was little by way of ambiance or decor upstairs. I would not go back.

Went with family. Food was ok, but lacked something, a roll or side salad or something. Not forgotten, just not included. The waitress was terrible. I had to ask twice for my daughters water, then finally went to the bar to fetch it myself. Then waiting for the check, again I had to go to the bar to get it myself. Waitress never came back to check on our food or even try to sell us another round of drinks. Decor was average. Cleanliness was average.
