Obra Kitchen Table
Garcia. Obra Kitchen Table is a homey restaurant where families, friends, couples, business people can experience simple and familiar cuisine as if they were sitting in the kitchen of their home. We are Miami's Kitchen!!!
Please take note that we don't guarantee the location of your reservation, it could be in the kitchen table or in the dining room.
The food was good overall. My plate was delicious, but my wife plate was just ok. The main aspect that they need to improve is you shouldn't have items on the menu that are not available, specially if is early night. We went the on Saturday night at 7pm and there were some dishes unavailable. Also, the quality of the service was declining through the night, great at the beginning and poor at the end.
Excellent place with exquisite and creative food. Nice location
If you want to see the kitchen dynamic, you can ask to be seated in front of the chef
We had the osso bucco and the white fish. Both delicious. The mussel appetizer was the best I've ever had. Shelled and deliciously arranged. I would return just for the appetizers! but the entire experience was well worth it.
We ordered Miami spice. My benedicts were with salmon, it came without it they took it back and added on top, was cold.
The risotto was too small!
The Miami Spice option is acceptable; not great.
the food was good. But the service is really bad. No attention to the customers... we were sitting for more than 15min to have some one come to us. They brought the salad but without silverware to serve it. we than order desert, and it was more than 20 min to have it. Really disappointing.
Amazing food! 5 Stars on everything!
Amazing restaurant! Will be returning.
Everything we ordered was excellent t!
The food was just OK. Nothing to rant and rave about. Some of us chose Miami Spice menu and that was disappointing. I understand you get a good deal for only $39 but portions were tiny. Others in my party opted for items in the regular menu. Although they were tasty, they were basically food truck options at gourmet prices. I don’t think I would return.
Amazing place, Carlos Garcia is a Master Chef and Stefania is closely following Carlos
The food and service is amazing. I have been going to Obra for the past 2 years and every time they are able to surprise us with new, creative and delicious dishes.
There is nothing I can say was “so so” or “bad”. From service to food everything was 100% . I highly recommend coming to this place. Their food is amazing!
Obra is a really great find. My wife and I sat at the bar. Great upfront seats to watch the staff work hard creating all of the food. Definitely will be back.
Cocina creativa, excelente calidad, buen ambiente, barra agradable.
Great food and service. Carlos and Obra team did an standing job. Best plate: Branzino.
En verdad esta muy rica la comida buena dedicación del chef y de todos los subchefs un must en Brickell me encanto el lugar todo muy sabroso y no es como los demás lugares que te quieren cobrar más de lo que ofrecen muy muy recomendable
Awesome food, very creative and flavorful!
Service very pro, you're taken care of like you're family.
Highly recommend to anyone, fun place to have a drink or eat elevated fun food with proper technique! Very rare to see this level of cooking in Miami.
My group did not know what to expect. They were beyond surprised, chef Carlos came to say “Hi”. Amazing experience, incredible delicious food!
Cannot wait to go back.
great food. service just ok. not as attentive as I would have liked but great food and great prices
Chef Carlos Garcia and his team are putting out some of the Miami's best food. Service , ambiance are all on another level. I can not wait to go back.
Food was good and a family ambience
We went to this place because my friend heard about it, I’m so glad we did. Everything we tried was absolutely fabulous! The dishes looked like anything we ever had before, there are no rules at this place, that’s why the food is so special and everything is outstanding and delicious. I’ll make it a regular in my list, excellent gem in Miami.
Food was amazing! Strongly recommended.
The Branzino was great and the lamp chops with rissoto were delicious.
Don’t miss the Tequeños!
Everything we ate was incredible. Sat at the kitchen bar top and watched as the staff prepared the food which was great in itself. As they got busier though the service slipped a bit. Took a long time to get drinks etc... they probably just needed one more server and it wouldn’t have been an issue. Still highly recommend and would go back again!
Excellent food and service
Awful experience. Wait staff could not careless. Waited over an hour for someone to take our order. Drinks were taken wrong and then done wrong again. They brought us two menus and were asked for four as we were four adults. They didn't bring two extra menus, we asked again...never brought them. Seems like the kind of place where the owner and chef are not present and the staff working there don't care if the places makes it or not. Will not return
Travelling alone so sat at working bar. Made to feel very welcome by all the waiting staff who I spoke to over the evening. Very relaxed atmosphere and was great to see the restaurant become more buzzy as the night went on. The highlight however was the outstanding food. I ordered the arepitas and the the branzano (fish) with Josper grilled veg. Absolutely delicious. Fantastic restaurant - food, atmosphere and welcome. Thank you!
Amazing food and ambiance! The Chef is an incredible artist!
Appetizers were tasty and interesting, better than main courses. Drinks were overpriced for small pours. Service was very slow but it was a holiday weekend. The restaurant is small and has an awkward shape so tables are crammed close together. The bar was large but mostly empty. Would give it another try...
The food was delicious, I ordered the half chicken and it was literally falling off the bone - so so good! We also had scallops “tiradito” which was super fresh and we had three desserts - a chocolate mousse, a venezuelan quesillo (flan) and the passion fruit bomb (my fave!) all very tasty. Service was good, servers could be quicker to clear the table - just needs a bit of fine tuning but staff is friendly and helpful.
Best meal we've had in months. Get the 6 course tasting menu and an additional entre (lamb was amazing). The menu is creative and flavors are fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about this place, best meal we had in Miami.
El ambiente siempre es muy agradable. La comida fresca y muy bien preparada. Esta vez, llevamos a amigos y quedaron muy contentos con la experiencia.
One of the best in Miami. You must go STAT.
Carlos is an amazing chef and very kind. He made a special meal for my 7 friends...unforgettable experience
Really good new restaurant. Clean, great service, good view, and the food was fantastic
Great restaurant that offers awesome dishes. Fresh ingredients, tasty food and lively ambiance.
Food is good. This is our third visit. BUT the service was bad. Our waitress was sweet but getting her attention was not easy. The place is not very attractive, not enough tables and cold.
Total gem in Miami. Inventively created dishes well plated and generously served. We tried to four-coure tasting and supplemented with the crab arepa and foie bomb. Truly terrific.
I was very impressed with the overall experience - even though it was Mother's Day, the service was on point and the food was excellent. The ambiance is amazing - with a view of the bay. Would definitely visit again.
