   Dinner OBOY before the show, food was very creative and impressive. I had only 45 minutes because of show, but the food came out pretty quick and beautiful presentation. I will revisit soon.

   We were in a rush with a show to catch and they were very quick and accommodating. Food was good

   Despite being the only 2 people in the restaurant for most of our meal, each dish took a very long time to get to our table. Two of the things we ordered were not available, one because "we just opened and that dish is not fully ready to be served yet." If you open at 5 and we have a reservation for 5:15, then you should probably be prepared to serve everything on your small menu. Our table was dirty and there wasn't a single roll of toilet paper in any of the stalls in the bathroom. My cappuccino was lukewarm, but the rest of the food was great. We will probably not return for a very long time due to all the other options in Providence. I can't imagine how long our food would have taken if there was even one other table in the place. : (

   Sat a high table in the bar area at the window which is always a good spot to sit. Drinks were a bit pricey for the size of the pour. Food was excellent. Wonderful blend of flavors! Chicken, beef, and mushrooms were extremely tasty! Best kimchi I've ever tasted. Portions are tapas size so don't expect a gluttonous event. Will be returning!

   We were completely dismayed and disappointed by our experience at O'Boy. The service was horrible - the waitress did tell us that several people called out for the night, but 45 minutes for a cocktail? Three requests for simple lemon slices for the water? The food portions were tiny, despite their high price. We barely made it to our event in time and we were still hungry. Will NEVER go back.

   The food was very tasty however, the service was slow. I believe this was a problem with the restaurant being understaffed and the server being undertrained. It took almost a half hour to get a glass of sake that I had to check in on several times. On a Saturday night at 5:30pm, they had already run out of their one special AND all bread. A section of the menu is labeled "tapas" - these portions were tiny. The rest of the menu contains items that are pricier so you would expect them to be more of an entree size but no, they were also very small. We heard the other patrons around us voicing similar complaints.

   Wonderful food, but they really need to get more servers and cooks to avoid the long delays in being served if they want to survive. The servers were delightful but there were not enough of them to keep up with the demands. We had to leave without dessert for a 7:30 concert because we were told it would take a long time to prepare (and we had arrived at 5:00 for dinner). Also, the dessert menu needs to be printed - having one tablet to share takes too long.

    One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Seated at 6:45. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come here o our table. Server unfamiliar with how to help us order off a fixed menu. We should of listened to our instincts after reading review and cancelled our reservation. Waited an hour for appetizer. Second one came 15 min after first. Bit average at best. 30 min after that three of our meals came, one took another ten minutes. When it came it was undercooked and was sent back. By the time it came back our daughter didn’t want it anymore. Ordered desert only to be told they rank out (8:30) on valentines night! We complained about timeliness of service and food quality. We were offered 15% off and were told it was the servers fault. We told manager it was not her fault but management and kitchen fault. Eventually they took half off bill. We will never go back. Experienced in food and beverage business. This place will be close within a year. Repeatedly apologizing tells me they are used to it.
