The sole mozzarella bar in Japan, Obika Mozzarella Bar, Roppongi Hills, (located within the Roppongi Hills complex) reopened as a Pizzeria Ristorante on Friday, May 11, 2012. Italian craft beers presented in full bottles and the Pinsa, an original pizza, have been made available on the menu. The Pinsa was inspired by the staple foods of ancient Rome that have become a trend in Italy, the home of our menu. Extending our earlier size, we provide a dining space with a laid-back atmosphere and private rooms that are perfect for parties. You can use our Ristorante all throughout the day for a variety of situations such as a pizzeria, or as a casual café or wine bar.

I booked online and got a confirmation email however when we got there they didn’t have my reservation, I had to show them my confirmation email, fortunately they had a table as it was still early for dinner time. I’m not sure what went wrong, if it’s for a business related, better to make a call.

女子会兼お誕生日会で使わせていただきました。メニューを選ぶのにスタッフの方に聞きながらオススメを注文して正解でした。プチコースの様なものがあっても使い勝手が良いかと思いました。席が一番端っこだったので落ち着くことは出来ましたが、壁一面にあるオブジェが崩れてこないか少し怖かったです。また、スタッフの方にぬかなか気がついていただきにくかったのが残念でした。、店内が少し暗めなので季節的にも蚊が飛んでいたのが気になりました。お料理は全て大満足です。分量もちょうど良かったです。モツァレラチーズに色々な種類があり、お料理方法もそれに沿って一番美味しい形で調理されている感じが伝わってきました。お誕生日の特別デザートプレートを用意いただき、友達も感激していました。美味しいデザートと一緒にいただきました、ありがとうございました。また近いうちに伺いたいです。

お昼からブラッタータが食べれるのは嬉しい。コールドプレスジュースの量は一口サイズで、そのラインナップは個人的には好みではないが（生姜多すぎ）冷製かぼちゃのスープも美味しいからまた来てしまう。あともう一声コスパがよければ毎日くるのだが…。

食事は美味しいのでよく使う店です。残念な点はいつもボトルを入れますが全然注がない、ミッドタウン店はちゃんとしてるがヒルズ店は店員さんがまだ経験が浅かったようで全く見てない、配慮がない点が残念でした。社員の方はちゃんとしてます。

まず、opentableでの予約が店舗に伝わっていなかった。ミッドタウン店と間違えてないか、予約の画面を見せてほしいなど、席に着くまでに散々待たされました。結局、空いていた狭いカウンターで食事をする羽目になり、更にオープンキッチンであるにもかかわらずスタッフの私語が多く、非常に気分の悪い時間を過ごすことになりました。ピザを注文しましたが、ただ大きいだけでこの店の売りであるチーズの量が非常に少なかったです。また、かなりの人数のスタッフがいましたが、実際に働いているのはごくわずかな感じです。研修中だったのでしょうか。けやき坂にあったときの店舗ではそのようなことはなかったので、非常に残念です。

グリルドチキンサラダを頼んだのですが、塩がききすぎな感じで残してしまいました。グラスワインはおいしかったです。
