Visited NYC for the day with a friend and all I wanted was burrata and good Italian food and this place was PERFect. We had apps and drinks at the bar waiting for our table and the bartender Diego was super friendly, then our entrees and dessert were incredible. I could’ve eaten 80000 bowls of the ravioli freschi. And the cappuccino? Best ever.
Great venue to get together w friends and family!!!
We brought our family who was in from Italy and our waiter was extremely accommodating and so great with our group The atmosphere is great. We come here every time we are in the city and enjoy it here every time!
Food was great, service was okay, giant Bug climbing up the wall where I was sitting NOT good.
Amazing Food, Service & Ambience!
10/10 every time I go here!
We booked two tables for a family celebration. The service was perfect the food delicious. Very happy and can’t wait to return.
Excellent food and service, we will definitely return!
If you are an Italian cheese lover this is the place. There’s also great charcuterie as well as pastas and other very authentic Italian dishes.
perfect place for dinner with my colleagues! the pasta dishes are incredible 👏
It took someone almost 15 min to come over and say hello. Other than that it was delicious
A good choice for groups and for dining in the Flatiron district.Best items on menu are the appetizers, mozzarella bar and pizzas. Not exceptional, but all around satisfying.
Simple, good food, decent service, would recommend for lunch.
Ottima pizza, buoni anche i primi ed i dolci, servizio veloce ed accurato. Un po’ caro
The best Italian cuisine I’ve had in NYC. The portions are a lot smaller than the original restaurant back in Milan.
Excellent food. Reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. Awesome friendly staff. I’ll dine there again!
Place was very nice. Food was great. The mozzarella experience is a meal on its own. Definitely recommend!
Can get better mozzarella in Brooklyn!
Bruschetta bread was hard as a rock - very disappointed
Disappointed. Overall the experience was not really anything to write home about. The bar was not busy at all and yet we waited a great deal of time to order drinks. The restaurant was not busy and yet again we waited to order food. Staff were all friendly, but service was slow. I am a cheese connoisseur - I have taken multiple classes on cheese, I research cheese and spare no expense when it comes to cheeses of the world and yet, this "Mozzarella bar"disappointed all of us with their cheese. It was not the best. To that point, we thought the term "Mozzarella Bar" would deliver more of an experience other than that they had mozzarella showcased in the corner, hidden behind the service station in a vat of water. Just like a deli or cheese shop would. We also had some charcuterie, pastas, pizza, and everything was good, it just wasn't great. It's unlikely we will return.
We hosted a corporate lunch there, and Barbara was quite helpful in getting it set up, including creating customized menus to narrow down the incredible choices. Our group came back saying that they loved the restaurant, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was quite attentive. We will be hosting these lunches there in the future.
Disappointing mozzarella sampler but very good tagliata and Capri cake. Unfortunately the noise was so loud that having a conversation was virtually impossible and sometimes actually painful.
The pizza is one of the best thin-crust pizzas in NY. It is better than Danny Meyer's trendy pizza place, Marta a few blocks away.
I ordered the ribeye and it was completely under-seasoned and watery!
This and the one in Milan can’t be compared! We love that one, but here the food was way worse and it was very loud the whole time. Our waitress was nice, but all in all I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.
Food was uniformly excellent. The fresh pasta and tasty polpete (meatballs) made me feel like I was eating in Italy, which of course is where the chain is based. But quite an accomplishment to provide that quality of experience in NYC.
Great decor. Service was excellent and the food was very well prepared and presented. The noise level is high.
Bread stale, service less than desirable, overall mediocre. Good idea, bad execution
Very nice Italian concept of relatively fast food that is not junk.
The food is authentically Italian and the quality is very good. Definitely going back soon.
This is a place that I love but this time I was a bit disappointed
Buzzy place with fun cocktails and good but not great food for the price. I’d prefer to return for cocktails and appetizers which there are many varieties including multiple mozzarella options. Pizza we had with zucchini was very greasy, pasta portions are small
Great for couples, events or groups
Fresh ingredients and delicious everything!
Nice Restaurant. Impossible to have a discussion with noise level.
Very relaxed environment, attentive service, and fabulous food and wine. We took our family here and all agreed it was a great choice. The mozzarella sampler was great and the pizza huge - would definitely recommend this restaurant.
This was a last minute find for our family. It wasn't really what we were looking for in terms on "traditional" NY pizza, but we were very pleased with the food! The pizza crust was perfectly light and crisp and the ingredients very fresh.
This is not the place for you if you are looking for a slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza, but it is if you are looking for a big step up from a $1 slice and some other great menu options.
The waiter was invasive and rude...trying to push us every 30 seconds to order something new.
Great for happy hour and burrata
Made a 945pm reservation and upon arrival after being seated the waiter looked at his watch and asked if we knew what we wanted to order because the kitchen closes at 10pm. I replied, why accept a 945 if the kitchen closes at 10? His response thats just want they do. Needless to say they rushed the food out. Its a shame cause the food was pretty good.
I would recommend for dinner 100%. Brunch menu was great but not excellent !
We had a very nice evening! The staff was really friendly.
I have a broken ankle and they could not have been more kind about finding me a comfortable seat. The pizza and salad were delicious.
