The food and drinks were incredible! We sat on the patio on a warm day, very nice. We had the mozzarella experience and paid a little more to get their truffle mozzarella, the salmon, tiramisu, and the vodka sorbet. Everything was delicious. They have a basil ginger martini that is so tasty. One of my fav places now!
High quality ingredients make this dining very delicious but prices are a bit high. Obica is a stand-alone place in this maze of a mall. It is next to H&M & Container Store!
My friend and I went here for my birthday. Food and service were great. Would definitely go back. Thanks!
Food is consistently tasty and good value. Service is relaxed and attentive. I like the ambience and casual, relaxed atmosphere. Good for business lunches.
My wife and I thought we were back in Florence. The food was that authentic. And the restaurant is in the Westfield Mall at Century City. We would never have guessed we had found a jewel.
It was good. Food is always delicious here and the service is on time and point. Family inside let their kids run around on the patio when we were the only ones and play and scream was a bit frustrating.
The food and atmosphere was great. The service- outstanding.
Outstanding food and service! Like being in Italy!
Great restaurant to enjoy with friends and our server was wonderful !
We've been frequenting Obica since it first opened. Every time we go it's like a mini trip to Italy. The food is fantastic ... the pizzas are especially authentic ... and we are always made to feel very welcome. Try it, you'll love it!
Food was delish ! Service was excellent ! Food was quick !
The staff is very lovely and accommodating. Delicious barrata, pizza, etc.
Good spot pre or apres movie.
I have eaten at Obica several times and have always sat outside. It's cozy, no noise and perfect for "catch up" conversations with friends. The food has never disappointed, nor has the service. I will continue to return and definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a relaxing evening as I've described.
Great little place to eat. We sat outdoors. Service was good. The food was good too.
nice, casual neighborhood dining
mozzarella sampler is sooo small
Lovely authentic Italian with wonderful burrAta. A nice quiet option to eataly. Out go to place after a movie.
It was wonderful from beginning to end. The service was great, the food outstanding, and it was fun. Can’t wait to go back.
Service was great and food came promptly. The dishes we ordered were also delicious.
My table ordered 3 grilled chicken salads. All three came with severely under-cooked chicken. Our server was incredibly gracious and immediately took the plates away and brought back properly cooked chicken. However, I have been sick for the last 3 days. I did not have the chicken salad but had the eggplant parm.
It was super! Great antipasto, vino and conscientious service.
Everything was great and Anita makes everything special she is the best
Unfortunately, their pizza oven was broken so the lunch menu was severely limiting - no pizzas or paninis. Wait staff and hostess were pleasant but when we asked our server for alternatives since the pizza oven was broken, he never thought to ask his manager - only citing politely that he has no control over these things. Overall, still a good experience but manager should train the staff to be more flexible, think on their feet or advice them to call the manager when it's a question they cannot answer.
We had a good dinner, meeting up with friends heading there from different parts of LA. I’ve had lunch there before and non of us could deal with Eaterly. Obicà is a much easier, quiet yet popular space .
It was a cold night and as the patio isn’t heated we sat inside. Pizza oven was playing up so that was a shame as that’s what we wanted.
However had some appetizers and the burrata, kale and beet salad which were all excellent. We caught the happy hour too and the apperol spritz and Sicilian white wine on special were great. Waiting staff were great too.
Love the service. Very accommodating! Great food and ambiance.
Feels just like a warm and cozy Cucina Italiana, family and friends, right in the middle of Century City. Amazingly delicious Italian food. Our favorite! (This was a birthday for our best friend- so much fun!)
Asking if I'd recommend to a friend? I put Yes as the food was delicious, the server was very nice, and I'm guessing other visits could be better. We sat outside, which admittedly is a pretty small area, but quiet. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly and there were no heaters (or that we saw, and none was offered) which is pretty standard in L.A. In addition, the few rosemary plants along the back of the tented area were dead, not just not doing well, but legitimately dead! Really? Our server greeted us quickly, was very nice, and was attentive, however he did not seem super confident in his knowledge of the menu when we had a couple questions and although we ordered only three items he repeated just two when he confirmed our order. We rec'd our starter (the zucchini with mozzarella - DELICIOUS), but then he immediately brought our main dishes before we'd even started eating the zucchini. I was confounded and when he said if he took them back the kitchen would make entirely new plates, we just decided to have him leave them. He says he didn't know we wanted them separately - isn't that the idea of a starter or shouldn't he at least have asked if unsure? Our mains - the ravioli with black kale and the eggplant parm were also DELICIOUS. I did not love the wine (a $12 Badiola sangiovese/merlot) but that's on me. So, for $73 it was a lot for an "okay" experience - we get FAR greater food, service, and value for $80 at Westside Tavern, also including wine and dessert. I understand that each location has its own personality, but having eaten at Obica in Milan, I'd swear I was at two completely different restaurants (not just different locations of the same place).
The cocktails tasted like they were from a mix. The pizza was meh
Overpriced for what you get. Soup was warm, not hot. Considering it's a pizza bar, the pizza was below average, mushy, and certainly one of the least delicious I have had. When asked to add chicken to a pasta dish, it came on the side. 100% of restaurants add chicken into the pasta when I have asked before. Not very crowded when we were there, but the service was slow. Would not return.
Great food, friendly service, very accommodating.
There is a reason this restaurant is one of the “oldest” Restaurants still being enjoyed at the mall… The food is delicious! The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive… They could put a brighter light bulb in the restroom; apart from that always a delightful repast
Ginger Ella is the best mocktail I’ve ever had
We chose OBICA because it was a central location for dinner. Dinner was just fair. A tasteless salad that was underdressed. Marina sauce that had to be reheated. a heavy handed, salty and oily cacio-pepe....and wine that was good but over priced.
Our service was sweet and preoccupied (but not by all the busy tables)….They were closing the restaurant at 9:30.
You can spend the same amount of money and have authentic Italian at Eataly. I normally go there and will be going back.
Sorry Obica, you missed the mark.
great outdoor seating, food, service and dining experience.
The food was yummy as usual. Service was quick and efficient. Thank you very much!
Food needed to be reheated, never offered parmigiana cheese for our pasta or balsamic vinegar for our bread with oil and, finally, it’s so small it feels cramped.
BEST MARGARITA PIZZA IN TOWN! SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT. FEELS AUTHENTICALLY ITALIANO.
Food was excellent. For some reason, it took three tries to get the right ordered pizza to our table. Management definitely tried to make things right but some attention up front would have been appreciated!
Love this place, staff super friendly
Obica in Century City provides a good meal in low-key ambiance. With the Century City mall completely abuzz I was able to have a professional lunch at a venue that had style without distraction.
Our server was fantastic! Our first time here was a fantastic experience!
