    First, even though we reserved our table for 6:30 on this App, they wouldn't take our order until 7 pm. We didn't even get bread. When we did the bread was tasteless, and we weren't offered seconds. The chicken was OK, so was the aubergine parmigiana, but the margherita pizza was the worst pizza we've had by far in probably 2 weeks of pizzas nearly daily. I can't believe the place had the nerve to charge a cover charge.

    Apart from waiting to be seated and there not being a reservation we still had a wonderful meal for a birthday celebration

    Leider wurden wir nicht informiert, dass an dem Tag eine geschlossene Gesellschaft war. Wir standen damit um 20 Uhr im strömenden Regen ohne eine Reservierung in Florenz auf der Straße. Nobody informed that there was a private Party. So so we did not have any reservation for this night.

    Booked a table for 7:30pm. We were left waiting at the door until 7:48pm. The pizza oven wasn’t working. It was obviously one of those days when quite a few things had gone wrong, which then had a knock on effect on staff morale. It wasn’t the great family meal we were hoping for.

    Horrible service Food was mediocre at best Mozzarella bites tasted like they just came out of the freezer Pasta was far for fresh We sat outside, 3 out of 4 heaters were broken Took 20 minutes to get the bill Stay away expensive, horrible service, and the food sucks.

    This restaurant was amazing! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and we had wonderful service. Beautiful atmosphere and would highly recommend!
