   The reservation was made, confirmed and the, the day before the reservation it was cancelled. I reached out for information a didn't receive a response from anyone associated with that establishment. I submitted another reservation requeste thereafter and received confirmation again. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this was a great part of the festivities. Long story short(er), they were closed on Monday 10/9 and no one bothered to contact me to let me know. Amful, Awful.....Awful business practice.

   Food was substandard for price. Alot of menu items were sold out. So we settled for chips and queso and mozzarella sticks. Queso was over salted but bland in other spices. Cheese sticks were same as I could get from a drive thru. Not what I was expecting from the menu for our anniversary dinner.

   Our fish was fresh and prepared well, but service was very slow. Wait staff are not professional and do not seem experienced. When spending this much on dinner the experience should be much better.

   Staff was not aware of reservation. Neither the waitress or the food was very good.

   Tiffany did a great job!!! She was working alone around early lunch when we arrived.

   Long wait time after being seated. Long wait time for server to visit table. Long wait time for simple chips and salsa to be brought out. Long wait time for food and when it finally arrived it was cold and over cooked. Long wait time for check.Nothing was worth the wait! So long to The Shack… I would NOT recommend!

   Fun place but incredibly overpriced for what you receive. $20-$30 plates of flavorless seafood that tasted like it could’ve come from Long John Silvers

   Our server was AMAZING!!! Food was okay. Orings were gross, tasted old. Salsa was good. Mushroom sandwich was good. Seafood pasta was bland. Again Joe our server was the best we have had in a while. Didn’t need to ask for refills, brought plates with app. Checked up on us.

    Food was terrible and service was terrible. Will absolutely never go back. That place will not last at all! Should be shut down immediately!
