Lovely food and the outside area was really nice and quiet with the right level of music.

First day back open in the garden after lockdown - they have added decking and all the tables had a blanket to keep you warm if required, a nice touch. Food lovely as usual and staff very friendly.

The food was delicious, as always, and the ambience was calm and friendly. I was disappointed that we weren’t having the Christmas dinner but that was my fault as I didn’t read the times properly!
I would always recommend the Oaktree as it’s my favourite restaurant.

I had the cashew nut, satay curry which was divine. Could eat that all day long and was really good size portion.
Staff were very attentive.
It is very dark in there and makes the place a little hard to find at night but other than that, top job 👍🏻

The food was fresh, tasty and the portions were very generous, so much so that we coundn't finish it all. Great selection of dishes, and not the usual run of the mill ones. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

We have been to the Oaktree a number of times and never come away disappointed. Great atmosphere, the staff are all very welcoming and the food is excellent.

We had a beautiful meal, the festive menu. Everything was absolutely delicious and we both cleaned our plates!! Lovely warm atmosphere with a live singer.

Really lovely experience eating here after the current lockdown. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food portions were very large. Would highly recommend!

Second visit. My wife had the katsu curry which was amazing and I had the dirty kebab which although very tasty, was a little underwhelming. It was a small portion for the price. It would have been great with a flat bread of some sort which would tie it together and make it more substantial. Will definitely be back though just wouldn't order the kebab again.

The food and service is fantastic, very friendly and quite fast. I felt very safe considering the current climate of COVID! Guests were spaced out servers had masks. Come here as often as we can for breakfast lunch and dinner always found everything really good

Hands down the best restaurant I have ever been too.
When we arrived there was an acoustic set where a gentleman was singing beautifully and matched the just a tad brighter than dimly lit room which had tastefully and festively been decorated and spread out for the current situation we’re in this December.
The staff where genuinely happy and friendly as well as attentive as you’d hope (not to much either) this is all without mentioning their vegan menu! I could happily pick from a whole menus of delicious options and choose without searching for a little green symbol and order without an eye roll.

When the food came (promptly) it was to die for. Starters and mains all shared between us and not a scrap left. My one and single but of constructive feedback is more katsu curry sauce please.

Thank you for what was meant to be a little treat after lockdown turned into a really wonderful memory and I will be coming back for more soon!

Great restaurant. Such a variety of food on the menu. I had the burger with fries and Mac and cheese, which was lovely. Very friendly waitresses, overall fantastic - definitely visiting again after lockdown!

Price was excellent as 25% discount on everything, the prices are not expensive to start with 12 quid for a main.

Had a great meal at the Oaktree. The “vegan” Prawn starter was incredible. I had to keep checking that they weren’t real prawns. My main was a cheese burger and chips. Lovely!
Waitresses were very attentive.
Bring small change if you want to tip. We got 25% off, which I think they are running Mon - Thu, we went on a Wednesday anyway.

Overall really enjoyed the experience and will be coming again.

This place is amazing. Good food, good drinks. They will customise food for kids too. I'm not vegan but I really love the food here. Don't let it out you off if you're a meat eater/vegetarian

Some of the best vegan food I’ve ever eaten, and fantastic value for money

Beautiful food, as always, and great service. Ambiance was lacking a little, but purely because of the Covid restrictions that have to be in place. All Covid precautions, from what we could see, were being carried out and we felt safe dining here. It was great to go back, after such a long (lockdown!) break.

We visit regularly and always enjoy the food and the service. The non vegan kids love the food too.
