Love this neighborhood spot with consistently delicious food and friendly service. Lots of outdoor seating options which is a plus in this time.
Nice low-key place. Sliders were overdone hockey pucks. The chicken pot pie was dry as a bone. No gravy sauce whatsoever.
Tasty chicken but you can get a good cocktail as well!
Each time we visit, the team makes our experience exceptional!
Delectable cocktails. Fabulous food. (Try the brussel sprouts!) Friendly staff. My preferred neighborhood hangout!
Such fun thanks to our server. A little in Siberia on the side but they did honor the outdoor request so that’s what counts. Food was great if not as earth shatteringly original (though kumbucha cocktails were new to us). Mostly we loved our server who somehow made it memorable. Recommend!
Great options for vegetarians. Loved the Brussels sprouts and the jackfruit sliders. We would go back :)
great service, and I love that they are checking vaccination cards! - helps me feel much safer when dining out
Food was good, though the burger patty was too thin compared to the thickness of the bun.
Also an easy -2 ⭐ for charging for soda refills.
Awful experience, food arrived 2 hours later literally.
So unfortunate.. went for brunch and arrived shortly before our 10:45 reservation. After waiting for over an hour for our very straightforward order we still did not have any food and with no real sense of when it would arrive. After waiting 45 minutes for our order we told the waitress we had to leave for a baseball game. 20 minutes later still nothing. We paid for our coffee and had to leave . We never tasted food and there was no explanation for the lengthy wait nor was there communication that the kitchen backed up. Very disappointed..we were really hungry and looking forward to a nice brunch.
I love that Oak has great outdoor seating and requires proof of vaccination! Unfortunately the food overall wasn’t that great. Highly recommend the Brussel sprout appetizer. The vegan ceaser salad was meh - not super fresh greens, soggy croutons and cold vegan chicken strips weren’t that enjoyable. Fries were cold - but vegan burger and tofu bacon was pretty good. Good service, but one final quality push with the food would make this place easily 5 stars and worth the cost.
Excellent food, great drinks, and wonderful service!
Great date night with outdoor seating and covered table.
Super tasty food and really good vegan options. I only wish they had shading for more of their outdoor seating (like umbrellas). The service was really friendly too!
Classic fun place. Good food, drinks, and excellent service.
Great food, excellent service.
Wonderful service, meal and ambiance. Highly recommend the Food Forrest cocktail!
Great food, service and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to people, and go back myself.
I’ve been going to oak for almost 7 years now and I have never once ever had food this bad from them. the fries were hard and dry and had no salt or anything. the burger was alright tho over cooked and the bacon on my burger was so undercooked it was chewy which i’ve never experienced before. the only thing to redeem the burger itself was the CBGB sauce which thankfully hasn’t changed along with everything else at oak.
Some of the best burgers we had during our stay in Seattle. The waitress was extremely polite. Would definitely recommend again.
Delicious burgers, great drinks, and the BEST fries. Wonderfully family-friendly and charismatic waitstaff.
Made a reservation for an outside table for 1130 brunch. Had to wait about ten minutes for our table. Outside tables are along the street which is sometimes quite noisy with traffic. No shade at our table and it was hot. Server was friendly but obviously not experienced and a bit clunky in her communication. Menu was limited, but there were lots of vegan options. Confusion on what was available. It took at least ten minutes for her to take our order and then at least 30 minutes before our food was out. Once we got the food I was pleased. I had the Beacon breakfast which was very tasty. We shared the waffle dippers which were standard, but good. Everyone seemed to enjoy there food. I’d give it another try, hoping for a smoother service experience.
The three of us found the quality of the food to be excellent. We had their fried chicken, oak salad, broccoli, and their burgers and fries. One of us ordered a burger and fries sans gluten and dairy (but had their special vegan goat cheese) and it was yummy!
We enjoyed a leisurely weekend brunch at Oak. The food was great. Service was friendly but a little slow - which seems to be the norm for post pandemic dining.
I loved the ambience of Oak and the music they were playing and our server was super sweet. The food however was not that great. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was very bland. I did however love the homemade tartar, just beware they charge you for it!
Great menu, great vegan options, friendly local vibe and service with a smile.
Great food, service and prices. Can’t wait to take some of my vegan friend here.
Outdoor seating in front on busy street, vegetarian food had bacon in it, ordered a drink and never received it, wouldn't go again.
Service was great but they seemed to understaffed. Food is definitely worth the wait, I always get the Oak bacon Cheeseburger. Best burger I have had since moving to Seattle.
It was a street side diner. It was eclectic and fun with a nice, outdoor, evening vibe. The vegetarian/vegan options were plentiful.
Oak has amazing food and a great PNW atmosphere. Vegan & gf choices help make it accessible to most people.
Service was GREAT. Super attentive and nice staff. Food came out quickly and was delicious. I love their vegan options and I was so pleased that Oak has been able to retain (or hire) such a wonderful staff in the wake of the pandemic.
Love me an Oak burger! Reservation outside on a summer eve is perfect. Thank you!
What’s more to ask than good food and friendly service. Highly recommend fried chicken kale salad
Really struggled with service for brunch.
Oh baby. That was delicious! I have to give special thanks for the vegan biscuits and gravy, it's such a hard thing to find, and even harder to find done well, but this was wonderful. We'll be back!
Food was absolutely incredible. Genuinely awesome. Friend staff. Not a fan of the ordering through website process.
Took my octogenarian parents there for the first time and they LOVED it. The Oak Fashioned and the sazerac were especially good. As was the vegan cupcake.
