This place is a great vibe. The food was amazing, the staff was super friendly. I went with a group and they had our reservation ready for us in the back area where it was quiet enough to hear and chat. Great place!

Really enjoyed Oak - great food, atmosphere and service. Only complaint is that it’s super loud. There’s nothing to absorb the sound so we had to yell across the table to be heard.

Cameron was a very lovely server! Went and got answers for us when we asked about certain liquors (instead of guessing, as a bartender, I appreciate this!) and the Blood Orange Sidecar was great. Portions were good- not too large, not too small. I also liked the vegan mushroom soup!

Order the chickpeas. They were excellent. And the fried chicken on the kale Ceasar was very nice. But the Ceaser itself was uninteresting. We also had the pot pie which was disappointing and lacked flavor. The corn nuggets sounded good but were incredibly bland. They'd benefit from a more interesting dipping sauce or options.

We’ve eaten there many times. We love their Brussels sprouts and vegetarian options. My husband is hearing impaired, so the music volume is detrimental for him. Otherwise, we enjoy the service and atmosphere.

We love Oak! A great neighborhood restaurant with excellent beer and cocktails, as well as really tasty, unique, and abundant vegetarian options. The menu is always adding new stuff, but the comfortable vibe and great service always remains the same.

Our first visit to Oak and it checked all my boxes: accepted reservations, offered outdoor seating and had lots of vegan/veg-friendly options. We also found out the food was delicious! The drinks menu was super broad and inclusive, and the staff was really helpful and friendly! The fried chickpeas and vegan battered pickles started us off just right. (I may come back just for the pickles...) I thought my roasted eggplant sandwich was the winner, though the fries were disappointing and not worth it. Chicken pot pie, vegan chicken bbq sandwich and fried vegan chicken sandwich filled us all, with the help of great beers, a tasty shrub and a cocktail. We shared a couple desserts because we just weren't ready to leave and they were knock outs! The Apple Bourbon crumble was fabulous and the cupcake very clever. A great find and we'll return!

This was my first time visiting Oak and didn’t know what to expect but everything about it was amazing! We got there about ten minutes after open so it was nice a quiet! Had some amazing cocktails, appetizers and a very filling meal! My vegan partner and I loved the variety of vegan and non vegan options, it’s hard finding places with GOOD options for vegans (and meat eaters like me) on the same menu, so I loved it!!

I absolutely loved Oak and will definitely be going back. I am vegan but many of my friends are not so it is great to have a place that caters to both so well. I especially loved the vegan pot pie and the peanut butter/chocolate custard!

The chickpea appetizer was amazing!! The drinks were yummy and Service was almost non existent. We realize small businesses have staffing challenges and know that things take longer now than pre pandemic. Where most restaurants are upfront with challenges and wait times throughout the meal Oak just ignores it. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and over 70 minutes for a sandwich and a salad. Our wait staff did not check in and did not acknowledge the wait. We won’t be back.

While the server was excellent, service was slow. We felt that this was probably due to staffing problems related to the pandemic. The drinks were good, the food was good, and the portions were generous. We will definitely return.

Ran out of the vegan potpie and two of their most interesting cocktail ingredients w/in hour of opening on a friday night (didn't offer alternatives); didn't offer a warmer space in the tent which we thought was for larger groups but turns out just two people could sit there too - shouldn't those be offered to the people who get there first? -didnt advise the slider would be so small when we couldnt get the potpie- kale caesar was just OK; good for a quick bite but wouldn't make a date night out of it again. Kind of disappointed. But huge points for lots of vegan options either way and the hostess cupcake was perfect.
