Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Oak Steakhouse Highlands is sure to become a go-to for both Skyline Lodge guests and locals.

Featuring collaborations with renowned chefs from around the country and Oak Steakhouse's culinary team, each four-course meal will be family-style and is unique and personalized to the guest chef. For $175 per person, including beverage pairings, plus tax and gratuity. Chef Trey Smith is co-owner and chef at Saint-Germain, an intimate tasting-menu restaurant in New Orleans' Bywater neighborhood. He collaborates with Chef Blake Aguillard and General Manager Drew DeLaughter to offer a dynamic culinary experience that blends French influences with Southern roots. Before establishing Saint-Germain, Trey strengthened his culinary skills at Restaurant August under Chef Michael Gulotta. He later joined Mopho as the opening chef de cuisine and contributed to the launch of Maypop. His dedication to innovative cuisine has earned him multiple nominations for "Best Chef: South" from the James Beard Foundation.

Jennifer's passion for cooking & dedication to the culinary space have earned her numerous accolades, including Philadelphia Magazine's Best New Chef, Eater's Best New Restaurant, Eater’s Chef of the Year, two RAMMY nominations for Best New Restaurant & Best New Chef, in addition to recognition as the protege of renowned chef Eric Ripert by the James Beard Foundation and appearances on Bravo's Top Chef.

Chef Kevin Maxey, owner of Pendolino in Atlanta, GA’s Chastain Park, brings over 30 years of experience to his first independent restaurant under KRM Hospitality. A former partner of Chef Tom Colicchio at Gramercy Tavern and Craft, he later served as Vice President of Culinary for Ford Fry Restaurant Group, leading the openings of acclaimed spots like St. Cecilia and Superica. Now, with Pendolino, he blends neighborhood charm with refined Italian flavors.

    This was our first time at Oak. It was fantastic. Beautiful setting overlooking the mountains. The food was spectacular. The service was phenomenal. We were fortunate to have Debbie as our server. She previously worked at Wolfgang’s on Main in Highlands (which is now closed) and is one of our favorite servers. Wonderful evening. Thank you Oak Steakhouse!

    Everything perfect. From Debbie as awesome server to Rich the Manager visiting each table to filet et al. The French Press Coffee is the absolute BEST Wedge salad outstanding. Espresso martini the final culinary treat! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Food was outstanding, I had the Steak Frites and whipped potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly. Rob was my server, he was also outstanding…the best I have had there. He went above and beyond to make my experience memorable as I was dining alone that night. I might add the bread was delightful and the small wedge very good as well.

    Really enjoyed the experience. The food was outstanding and the service even better. Very relaxing with million dollar views of the mountains. Will always be our go to when in Highlands

    A co-worker and I both started with the oysters, then the wedge salad, followed the 12oz filet. All very delicious. Only problem we had was that it was loud and this made it difficult to have a discussion. Will return though.

    Ambiance is awesome. An old 60s-70s motel reimagined with fine appointments. Great views. Service was excellent. Food was excellent also. I had trout and although the red sauce was a bit too bold for a mild fish (imo) it was still done very well and was quite flavorful.
