The food is delicious- try the Brussels sprouts! The steaks are probably the best we’ve had in Atlanta. It is pricey and the wine selection is high end.
Food was too salty. Had to ask twice to change wine glasses when changing wine. Just not worth the price.
The Steaks at Oak are really flavorful and the staff remembered me from my last visit, that is always nice. The wine was very tasty, and matched perfect with the steaks, the meat/cheese board was quite large and they brought extra bread, nice touch
Another great experience. Definitely will return.
The food was great and the service was top notch! Everything was professional but yet personable!
Service was excellent. They brought me the wrong cut of beef—ordered a filet and it was not—was likely tips. But that they served it and passed it off as filet is absurd for a steak house. They fixed it and brought me a filet which was quite good but somehow it’s just not worth the $. Likely won’t go back.
Outstanding food and music. High noise level Service was good not outstanding.
Great service (John), good food, nice ambiance. Overpriced somewhat - $34 for a 4 sea scallop appetizer seems a bit excessive. Had a good time with great friends though!!
Always consistent. General manager Kevin does a great job with his staff and his quality.
Perfectly prepared food and an awesome server made for a wonderful dinner at Oak!
We had a reservation for 2 and at the last minute needed to find a space to accommodate a total of ten people. The staff went above and beyond to make sure they could not only sit all 10 but that we didn’t feel any uncomfortableness for asking! We love this place, are frequent guests, and will continue to come back!!! Thank you!
John was our server and he took great care of us. Another wonderful meal at Oak.
Our bartender/waiter John was awesome. Be sure to ask for him. Knows everything about the menu etc.
Thank you to Oak for a wonderful lunch. Bobby was such a delightful server. Will definitely be back!
Disappointed that the side dish we ordered was sold out as well as the dessert.
This was our first visit to Oak. We were excited to go because we love Colletta. I have to say I was disappoited. We arrived early and sat at the bar to get a drink, but the bartenders didn't pay any attention to us after giving us the drink menu. They never came back until another couple who sat down finally gave up on waiting and flagged them down. We had checked in when we arrived, but the hostess never came to get us when our table was ready for our reservation. The restaurant wasn't that busy so no idea why no one was paying attention. I will say once seated our waitress was very attentive and took very good care of our party. The food was good and cooked to perfection.
Our waitress was very attentive and the meal was delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend the Brussel sprouts with Thai chili and the Mac and cheese as sides for the table.
Great experience! They have fantastic tasting steaks. Next time, we will bring the rest of our family.
I had a business meeting and we both ordered the burgers. The burgers came out dripping with grease and falling apart. They basically took ground beef and Rollied it out to thin which caused it to be to messy to even pick up. A few ours later both of us were not feeling good which could of been the quality of the meat or all the grease. This is the second time I have had a bad meal here and it is a shame with it being in a great location.
Fabulous dinner last night at Oak Steakhouse. Everything we tried was cooked perfectly and oh so delicious. Great place for a couples date night or small group dining. Nice ambiance and not too noisy. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our evening and will definitely return!
Best service in town that was served with the choicest steak in Atlanta. Our waiter Bobby was intelligent and patient with the best personality. This place should be ranked at the top of the list for “best steak with world class service”. We will be coming back.
We had a great time. Our food was amazing and the service was impeccable. We already planning our return visit.
Our waitress, Stephanie, was extremely knowledgeable on the food menu, how each item was prepared; and in wine selection. We we celebrating a combo Valentine’s Day and birthday, with one of the party has celiac disease, which Stephanie, and the all who prepared the food, understood what ingredients could and could not be used. She was very pleasant, as were the others who brought our food to the table.
We checked in for a 7 PM reservation at 6:45 and were told our table would be ready closer to our reservation time. At 7:10, we were still waiting and I checked on our table. Apparently, the didn’t have us showing as checked in. Not a good start. We also didn’t have bread brought to the table until after our appetizer and our sides weren’t delivered with our steak. The food was great and the waiter was very nice, but for the price, I thought the service overall would have been better.
We had an excellent experience. Awesome first impression.
Great food, Great service, Great experience! Would definitely go back.
Had a great Valentine’s Day date with my husband! Delicious food and our waiter Greg was awesome! Will go again
Expensive, but worth every penny
Ate at Oak with my dad last night. The food was incredible, even my spinach salad was uncommonly good. I got a filet and loved it, was cooked perfectly, and I tried the house-made steak sauce which may have been the best I've ever had - this from someone who normally finds steak sauce disgusting.
If you're in a ritzy mood, I highly recommend this place!
Went with my husband for a Valentine's dinner. Both food and service are good. Decor is dark and drab. The strangest thing is none of the staff ever mentioned Valentine's day, there were no flowers or even candles on tables. It felt just like an ordinary dinner even though the place was full of celebrating couples. We go out for Valentine's every year, this is the first place I can remember which never mentioned the holiday or decorated for it.
I have been fortunate to eat at the top steak houses in Atlanta over my lifetime and something I enjoy doing on frequent occasions. However, I must say I was disappointed with my experience at Oak Steakhouse. Our service was very poor - infrequent check-Ins, $50 + steaks ordered medium rare came out well done and waiter plus manager seemed unapologetic and annoyed. From now on its back to my staples of Bones, Hal’s, McKendricks, Marcel’s, etc.
I gave a low rating on "service". However, it was Valentine's Day. I will give them another chance on a "non special day" to determine the speed of service.
The Stroup that I ordered was awful and I got sick for three days
Great steaks and service. generous pour on drinks. pricey but worth it.
Food was great. Waiter did a really nice job. Let us dine and did not rush us through our meal even though it was a very busy night.
Loved our waiter he was friendly in an authentic way. Food looked great on menu, but execution was over the top. Beautifully presented and delicious. Refreshing. A little loud for conversation but booth may be better for business dinner where conversation is an essential part of the meal.
The food is always wonderful here, we try and come to Oak Steakhouse as often as we can.
Loved it! We had a wonderful experience. The front desk was very welcoming, our server was very informative/upbeat, and we appreciated that the restaurant manager came over to us to check in as well. Great experience!!!!
Overall amazing restaurant. From the ambiance to the food everything is always spot on everytime I come to town and visit
