Oak Steakhouse Atlanta
Chef Stuart Roger’s menu celebrates Atlanta’s regional ingredients from surrounding purveyors, farmers and fisherman. Oak Steakhouse features traditional Prime Certified Angus® Beef steak cuts along with original small plates, salads, and entrees.
All good except that no body acknowledged that it was a birthday celebration. Service is not as good as their food.
Everything about our meal was perfect.
Amazing meal & John provided awesome service!
I would not recommend Oak Steakhouse to a friend because I don't think the food or the overall experience is worth the unjustified high price. I've been just as satisfied with the steak at Longhorns.
Love the temperature on the meets and the cuts great service
This was our first time at Oak. Everything was AMAZING! From the friendly and welcoming staff to the incredible food, we loved it and can’t wait to go back!!!!!
Excellent food and service with a solid menu and nice atmosphere. One of the better places to eat in the Alpharetta/Milton area.
Family it was excellent!
Would not go back. Service was very friendly, but it took an hour to get food at brunch time with reservations.
I was very excited to try Oak out for brunch. With two kids and a larger party, I was disappointed that we waited 32 minutes to be told they were unable to make something that was on the menu.
We got our food 40 minutes after we sat down. It was also not ideal to observe the chef yelling at the wait staff asking for help.
For the cost, there are so many other options with better service.
We enjoyed the atmosphere. I like all the wood and glass in the restaurant. The menu had many selections. We had appetizers salads and steak all were very tasty. Nice wine and beer selection.
Incredible meal as well as incredible service. Nice valet that allows for you to walk around after your meal at the Avalon. Highly recommend!
John was a fantastic waiter! He made us feel like we were his very best customers. Food was amazing.
Our dinner was fabulous. Not only the meal, but John really added to the experience. First class all the way! Will definitely be back.
Consistently great experience. Food, service and ambiance are always great.
Not as good as usual. Had reservation but had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even great us and then another 10 for them to get the table ready. Service was so so, they forgot to bring part of the food and some our salads. Sadly they were not even crowded I think they have become lazy and unconcerned about their customers. Not sure I will go again.
We went to Oak to celebrate a significant birthday. Everyone loved their meal and drinks. The atmosphere was fun and lively. The only criticism is we were seated 30 min later than our reservation. It happens on a busy night. Our entire party agreed they would return for other special occasions.
Food was delicious and service was great!
This is consistently a great experience. From the moment the valet takes your car, politely and warmly to the moment they return it to you.
The host was prompt, warm and inviting.
Our server was great, she had a nice sense of humor, which we appreciate, knows the menu, had a great sense of timing; we didn't feel rushed nor did we feel like the breaks between courses were too long.
The food, as always, was cooked and seasoned perfectly. We really enjoyed the charred broccoli but be prepared for some light heat.
I would have given 5 stars across the board except for one experience at the bar. Female bartender was more concerned about emptying the dishwasher while another couple waited for 10 minutes to pay their tab. My GF asked about a drink not on the menu and the was like “noooooo, we can’t make that. It wasn’t that she said no, it was the attitude given with the nooooo. Almost like our question was ridiculous. The rest of the staff was awesome. I had to push the reservation back 15 minutes from the original time and they were very accommodating. I would go to Oak again and hope I don’t get the female bartender.
Service and the food was exceptional, seating is a little close for comfort, but overall a nice experience
This is my third time there this week. Everything was great. John the waiter made the night special. It was my Birthday. Love the food and atmosphere
Enjoyed I do think they have a great steak
Bobby and Britney were EXCELLENT. Manager is always attentive and friendly
John was so great made the night perfect. I have been here three times in the past week and coming again on Friday for my birthday. I would love for John to be our server.Thank you again for another great night.
The food and service was great. Definitely will come back and recommend to friends.
We had a wonderful time Friday night for my wife's birthday. Our waiter Brien was the best. The Manager Ryan Bier also stopped by our table to ensure we enjoying ourselves. I don't often take the time to write reviews but these folks are worthy of praise. Even though our dog Bailey chewed on the gift card you graciously accepted, she still got the Tomahawk Bone. Thank you, thank you!
Went for my wife’s birthday- amazing. Music, food, service, ambience. All top notch- one of the best dining experiences we have ever had, period.
Outstanding food and service. The food and drinks were top notch.
So glad I don’t have to go to Charleston every time I want to eat at Oak Steakhoues! As always, terrific food (BEST steak anywhere) and amazing service. Never disappoints.
Great spot- quaint! Oustanding Filet! Had mine rare!
Great dinner. Will be back.
Great service, great people, great food.
Everything was excellent! Wes was a fantastic server.
Oak always delivers on a great dining experience. Highly Recommend
After visiting Oak Steakhouse for a birthday celebration one week, we returned the following week because we could only eat so much the first time! Professional, attentive servers both times, and steak, fish, pork, oysters, beet salad, crab cake, delicious wine and well-made martinis. We will return to continue to eat our way through the menu!
Great service !!
