The service we received was exceptional. We had a young woman server who was friendly professional and attentive. We started by sharing the wedge salad with blue cheese and the blue cheese dressing was spot on rich and tangy. My friend had the NY strip and she said it was perfectly seasoned but the cut did have a bit of gristle in the cut which was surprising but she found it tasty nonetheless. I had the prime rib which was a generous cut medium rare. It was very good but looked to have been reheated rather than being a fresh cut off the roast. That being said, it was hot and very good. Overall a very enjoyable dinner and we will return to try some of the other menu offerings. Cheers!

I schedule a birthday party a week in advance. We are local to the community and we are regulars to your establishment. I was sincerely disappointed last night. I invited my best friend for a birthday. We were seated at a table. We should have been seated in a booth for a special celebration. We were denied a booth and denied the patio. The booth stayed empty the entire time we were there. The service was poor. The server had very little knowledge of the menu and etiquette serving people. After hyping this restaurant up, it fell short. Suggestions: 1. A special event requires a special table. 2. Hire better servers. 3. Make an effort to make the customer happy if something on the menu is not offered for the evening. 4. Teach everyone policies and how to make things pleasant for your customers.

The food was so-so and the service was bad. The server was not able to get anything right. We had to ask multiple times for things like butter and sour cream and the wine came out after the meal. The food presentation was sloppy. My prime rib was just tossed onto the plate on top of the potato and the potato looked like something that was leftover from 3 days ago. The noise level was intolerable. It was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other. We will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Decent place. This was our first time here. We were seated in the bar area which was more like a sports bar than a steakhouse. We will check the main dining area next time I guess. Food was OK. Nothing to go crazy about. Cast iron Mac and cheese didn’t even see inside the oven imo. There was no melted cheese on top or anything, just pasta swimming in cheese sauce. Boneless Ribeye was on the thin side and wasn’t the best cut I have ever had. They include a side with Entree so that makes sense and brings the price of the main dish down. Overall, it’s a local place for us so we will go back and try different items on the menu.

It’s unfortunate this restaurant doesn’t prepare for the weekend rush. We were served our meal one hour after being seated at 12 noon and the restaurant was fairly empty. It filled AFTER us and the excuse was the lunch hour/weekend rush but I would have expected them to prepare for that. And then food arrived at lukewarm temps and a medium rare burger that was raw. They gave me a minimal discount to apologize but with hungry kids in our group including a 3 and 4 year old, I only wanted to be served our food! As a sit down, service restaurant with a nice menu and ability to make a reservation is hard to find in Oak Glen, I was disheartened to have this experience.

Sat on patio. Weather lovely. TV’s on football. Sound a little loud. Patio porch is my favorite views, lovely landscape includes Ceiling fans. Food is always excellent. Love my Merlot house wine. Extremely relaxing.

The brunch is amazing. Everything our group tried was excellent. Very tasty. Our server was attentive, kind and provided all our needs. The prime rib was perfectly prepared, the biscuits and gravy were the best I have had at a restaurant and the variety was unrivaled.
