The food was good but very sparse,not much selection & you had to be quick to get any. Never any eggs,a taco station with no tacos just fillings. Service was non existent and the one time we did see someone she brought out a bunch of screaming kids to feed the fish right next to our table. Overall it was the worst dining experience we’ve had in Port Douglas & we are locals so we’ve eaten at most places here. Severely overpriced and we were extremely disappointed as we were looking for somewhere different to take visitors,this place is a big NO from me

It was the worse service we have ever had at a restaurant. 1. We waited to be seated for quite a long time. 2. We were then left at the table for at least 30 minutes before taking a drinks order..we were not even offered water. 3. When we ordered our drinks we thought we should order our meal as well because there was no service. 4. Only 2 of our drinks arrived as they forgot the 3rd… 5. We were waiting for over an hour for our food….we had to ask where it was and it had been forgotten. 6. People who had arrived a long time after us were served, brought food and left before we had got a drink. 7. The restaurant was not busy…you could see the staff standing around. 8. Staff never came back and asked if we wanted another drink. Our meals finally came out and the staff member dropped some of the meal on the floor. Didn’t come back to clean it up or offer to replace the food that was on the floor. 9. The restaurant is beautiful but I would definitely not recommend going back here. Worst recipe ever had a t a restaurant. 10. We refused to pay for our meals and they agreed.

We had a lovely dinner here on a weeknight. Service was very good,and the food was lovely and prompt service. A very nice ambient setting outdoors. Would recommend for dinner.

We arrived at 5pm on a Sunday and the only choice was Pizza no transport so had to eat there, average food. Breakfast buffet not a great selection ran out of bread and Danich pastry sometimes, also, not very hot. Only 2 menu's, pizza a couple of days and the same menu the rest of the week with a poor selection only 5 main dishes and not very good. Staff very good but many guests unhappy with the restaurant.
