The food at O-ku is awesome, we have never been disappointed. We were surprised at how crowded it was during these covid times. Although the service was sometimes a little slow, our server was incredibly aware of that, and even offered us a complimentary side dish AND dessert. We will be back!

Loved O-Ku! This was our first time ever going here. We were greeted and sat very quickly. The service was phenomenal. The waitress was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu. She directed us in all the right directions and the food was delicious!

Our experience wasn’t great to begin with. Kayla at the front desk had reserved a booth for us. Unfortunately, her colleague took us to a table close to the kitchen. We expressed our disappointment, the colleague’s response was “okay, well you can wait a little longer”. This after waiting for >30mins, reserving a table a week ago. Kayla & her Manager quickly deescalated the situation. The staff gave us complimentary drinks & food to compensate for their colleague’s unprofessional customer service. That was a surprise!! Their Old Fashioned is a must have.

Currently, Nashville has a restriction viz. 50% with social distancing. This place looked packed, ~75%.

Our ladies dinner group very much enjoyed our experience. We were treated very well and all of the food was amazing.

Fantastic service as always. Our bartender, “Twen”, she made the best Virgin cocktails we ever had. 😆

Went on a double date and it was fantastic! Loved our waitress, drink options, and all the food we got! Nashvegas roll was my favorite! Only wish the prices were a little cheaper because the rolls aren’t huge, but highly recommend. Will be back for sure!

I loved Oku! We tried the wings, edamame, seaweed salad, sushi and dessert! We got the Brut rose bottle to start and ended with a chocolate martini. 10/10!

Poor table seating, dishes weren't good, service was poor.

Went 1 week before that and service was amazing, food was excellent, etc.

Highly recommend/absolutely would order again: the rock shrimp and the mule mocktail. The suishi was good - I’d be open to trying different rolls next time. Service and ambiance was excellent.

Very noisy/packed for a Friday evening so I would recommend making a reservation.

BIG FYI- Nashville Boot were hovering around cars waiting for the paid time to expire. Definitely buy extra time or pay the $60 boot fee like me.

The food was great! Definitely would come back again for that. The service was alright. I arrived and wasn’t even acknowledged at the door or at least told to wait while the receptionist helped someone in front of me. She actually straight up ignored me and I had to wait around for someone else a few minutes later to take me to my reservation when the receptionist left the front. The waitress was not super attentive to the table.

I was celebrating getting into law school and Laura made it such a special night! Everything from the complimentary drink to the dessert at the end, she really made me feel so special and celebrated. The food was phenomenal as usual and our drinks were even better! It really was a perfect night and I am so grateful to Laura for going out of her way to make it special for me.

Food was absolutely AMAZING. Panacotta was the least favorite thing. Surprisingly bland, hardly any flavor of coconut. Nonetheless we will be back! Best sushi I have ever had!

We go to O-Ku multiple times a month( we love it) however tonight was the worst service (server not attentive at all) and food experience ..playboy came out basically still bleeding had to send back (I hate sending food back) and all around food took longer than usual to come out

The meal was incredible. Elizabeth was so helpful. She suggested dishes based on what we told her we like. She was terrific. The entire experience was wonderful.

We went to O-KU for my husbands bday. It was our first time and we were blown away with everything. Our Server, Payton was amazing. Very energetic, funny, and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was top notch. My husband and I have committed several times about how good our dinner was and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a great evening!
