    Exceptional service! Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, offered his recommendations, and was very attentive throughout the night. He gave us a complimentary carpaccio since it was our first time dining with Oku - that definitely made our experience memorable. I had a mocktail that was a lot better than I expected - the imagine dragon! My only note was I wish the Oku specialty nigiri/regular nigiri came with 2 pieces instead of 1, which is how it typically comes. The sashimi cuts were large though so no complaints on portion size!

    Another amazing meal and hands down 5-star service! We let our server curate our evening and I recommend requesting this way to experience their fabulous food and craft cocktails or sake.

    I celebrated my birthday here with my mother and boyfriend. One of the most gorgeous restaurants I’ve ever seen. The ambience is top notch. You are greeted very warmly right from the door. Trey gave us impecable service and amazing recommendations. O-ku Charlotte loves to make people feel special for their special events :). Every single thing we ate we adored. 11/10 experience.

    We had an excellent dinner. The food was great, the Crudo was our favorite appetizer, we also had the Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio and Rock Shrimp and both were good! The volcano roll and the Tuna Hakozushi were both excellent. And the service was top notch. It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. So just be aware. Maybe that was a one off or just how it always is. We missed some of our old favorite Tuna roll options, seems like they used to have more Tuna options than they did last night, but maybe we are mistaken . We were celebrating a birthday and they did make it very special! We Appreciated that! It was a good night out and everyone was pleased with their meal.
