   I would have given zero starts if that was an option. The O-B House has absolutely gone down hill. We have been coming here at least monthly for the past six years. Over the past year this establishment's customer service has become its last priority. The restaurant was unwilling to accommodate even the simplest of dietary restrictions (which was simply to leave the dollop of hollandaise off the top of the dish). When we asked to speak with the manager we were told his response was "let them wait; I'll come over when I'm ready." The manager never came over despite the fact that he wasn't busy and we could visibly see him standing around drinking from a bottle of San Pelligrino while fixing his hair. Upon leaving the restaurant he was verbally aggressive with my party, showing disregard for his customers and inviting us to never return while his staff looked on and laughed. With all of the restaurant options in the area please save yourself the aggravation of going to an establishment that doesn't care about its customers and go somewhere else.

   arrogant service!!! nasty staff!!! no bathrooms today because of the rain yesterday????? whats up with that???? do they have running water in the kitchen to wash the dishes???? server would not answer that question. just a horrible experience!! do go! dont waste your time!!! many more reviews like this out there!!

   Love this place and love the food. The fish is always very fresh. Plus, we had the best waitress ever, Alyson!!! Definitely will be back again soon.
