   Perfect way to start the evening before The Beach Boys concert at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino. Our server Luke was very helpful and made sure our food would be served in plenty of time so we didn’t need to rush to make the concert. Food as always was outstanding from oysters Rockefeller started to the long bone ribeye cooked perfectly charred with a warm center accompanied by sautéed mushrooms. For a great steak you can’t beat NYY Steak.

    I eat here often and the food is always great. The service is generally very bad. The servers take too long to greet you, take your order, and rarely check on you. One of the reasons is that they have the servers going to get their drinks from the bar so they are often gone for 5-10 minutes at a time. Assistant waiters are basically bus boys that fill water and give you bread. We eat at nice steakhouses several times per week and NYY consistently has the worst service. I hope that management will read this review and make adjustments. On this particular visit, I watched my food sit for almost 10 minutes before it was delivered to me. I even saw the chef mad that it was sitting for so long before getting delivered.

    This is by far my favorite restaurant in south Florida. This is the only place we go for special occasions. The service is always perfect and the food is over the top . Delicious and amazing

    The steak was not correctly cooked to the desired temp, the spinach came out ice cold and had to be sent back. Overall It seemed the food was sitting a long time before it was brought to the table. The food is very overpriced for the quality.

    Terrible meal. Have gone multiple times in the past with better experiences. Apps came out over cooked and dried out. Entrees took over an hour to come out while also being cold. Management did not handle the situation as they should have. So bad had to get fast food on the way home after spending $400+. Will not be back.

    On par with other top tier steak houses in this part of Florida. Roomier and not nearly as noisy than others. Even when full. One of the few steakhouses serving French Onion soup, which is a staple up in New York. The food was great. I think it's hard for one steakhouse to really differentiate itself from others , with the exception of the outliers that are clearly of lesser quality. Located in the Coconut Creek casino, there is ample parking and , since there is no hotel, you're not parking a mile away. We both had the filet and shared a couple of sides. All excellent. The deserts ( carrot cake and cheesecake ) were off the charts. Most of that was wrapped for taking home. Portions are huge.

    I would say we had the worst service at this steakhouse ! My husband steak was a horrible cut of meat had a huge vein through it that he couldn’t cut it ! We couldn’t find waiter asked a bunch of people passing by to please get waiter ! Sent steak back and it took forever for a new one to come out I was already finished my meal and he was still waiting ! No manager came by to even apologize or check on us ! I would expect more at a high end steakhouse ! Have had better service at the outback Ordered dessert and that was just so so Wouldn’t go back

    An impromptu dinner that turned out to be fabulous! We sat at a table in the lounge near the band (band was good). We enjoyed Cosmopolitans, candied bacon, medium rare Delmonico steak and Australian lobster tails. I must say it everything we ate was absolutely a 10! Service was professional and attentive.     The night we went was super busy. Our waiter knew we had a concert at 8pm (Foreigner). Our reservation was at 6:15pm. We ordered at 6:40pm. Our food was finally served to us at 7:45pm. We knew it was not our waiters fault the kitchen was backed up but maybe if we knew it would take that long before we ordered we might have adjusted our order to not a full dinner. The manager did take some money off our bill but we ended up missing part of the concert.

    We dine at NYY steak often - the food is always fresh, delicious & presentation of dishes is exquisite. the staff is highly professional, making sure to put that personal touch on your service experience. This week Don was our server, he remembered us from several months back as did we. We were happy he was our server, Don is very knowledgeable, offering some menu suggestions , I.e. the prime rib which was a special that night (it’s not my regular go to but I decided to give it a try and I was so happy I did, it was the best one I had in a very long time) my husband had the veal chop and he wasn’t disappointed, it was amazing. We always have a wonderful dining experience at NYY & it Will definitely continue to be our go to steakhouse when visiting next year. Hats off to the executive chef and the entire NYY Team.
