   The restaurant is no longer open. We received our confirmation from Open Table but when we got to the restaurant we were informed that it has been closed since October. Very disappointing as it left us without dinner plans or a booking.

   Restaurant was CLOSED, even though we received an email CONFIRMATION of our reservation, the day prior to our reservation!

   Booked a table through Open Table, turned up to find restaurant was closed to public and only available for private functions ! No notice from either restaurant or Open Table ! Poor poor service from both sides and other reviews say they same Ate at Del Friscos around the corner , can highly recommend the restaurant

   I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience using your service. Despite successfully completing a reservation through OpenTable, upon arrival we were surprised to find that the restaurant was temporarily closed. I believe this oversight is a failure on OpenTable's part. Our dinner plans for the Saturday night following Thanksgiving were ruined due to this mishap. Being in the heart of Manhattan, we struggled to find alternative dining options as most reputable restaurants were fully booked. Eventually, we settled for a mediocre Italian restaurant, which was a letdown for our family of four. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. It's important for the OpenTable team to ensure that such incidents do not recur, to prevent other customers from facing similar disappointments.

   The restaurant is permanently closed!! And open table still allowed me to make a reservation. I showed up at a closed restaurant.

   This restaurant has permanently closed. We were not told until we arrived or our pre-theatre dinner and to scrabble around looking for another place to dine. Staff at the hotel where it was located said IT department should have removed from Open Table weeks ago.

    Great place. Meat was absolutely delicious. Caesar salad was ok. Oysters were great as well.
