Sentimiento) Es lo que expresamos en nuestra cocina, un sentimiento hacia los productos ecuatorianos y al uso responsable de los mismos, te llevaremos en un viaje por todas las regiones del Ecuador, en una experiencia gastronómica en el que tu pones los límites y nosotros ponemos lo mejor de nuestro trabajo para hacer de tu visita una experiencia personalizada que jamás olvidarás. Basándonos en pesca fresca, siempre contamos al menos con 10 especies diferentes de pescados, mariscos regidos por temporadas, carnes maduradas, y verduras provinientes de nuestro propio huerto en la sierra centro del país.

    What an incredible experience the chef makes amazing recommendations but still lets you be in the driver seat. If you are in the Quito/Cumbaya area you need to stop in this place. a piece of heave.

    An incredible experience. We loved the chef's concept of "no rules". Trust him to guide you through a very tasty and delicious journey, tasting flavors you have never tasted before. Thank you Jose and your team, an amazing restaurant!

    Excelente propuesta gastronómica. Muy sencillo y real . Los productos trabajados a la perfección y con mucha técnica . Natural y fresco. Me gusto la propuesta de no tener carta y que el chef vaya armando el menu

    A mi criterio uno de los tres mejores restaurantes del Ecuador. El Chef Jose Soguez es un genio !!
