The overall ambience of the place was great. A lot of places to take pictures and enjoy the decorations. However, it is not a restaurant which we hoped to order food. Instead they only had charcuterie boards to purchase.

I thought the experience was overpriced. Plus the dessert board was not available as their last day was the next day. Cute place but would not go again

Service was great! The bartender and hostess on 12/29 around 10pm were amazing!! Will def go back next year

It was a great place to hang out with friends and have some drinks. The environment set up was amazing, great for pictures!! I give a low review to the food just because my group and I went only to have some drinks and didn’t had the opportunity to try their menu. Definitely I will come back again next Christmas!!

Everything was fine minus food menu. Doesn’t have to huge just maybe bar food. Everything else was outstanding. Will visit again.

We showed up at the time we purchased and they didn’t let us in. I guess they had sold packages for after they were closed? It was incredibly confusing and right before they closed the door in our faces, the told us to email for a refund. My party and I were honestly floored, we’d never experienced something like this before.

After buying my tickets and reviewing their open/close times. They decided to close earlier than what I was told earlier in the day. I bought tickets and they text me they closed 30 min after my reservation and asked if I could come in earlier. I live an hour away so I was not able to…I was told they could issue me a refund of my $160 purchase & it’s not been over 10 days and I have yet to receive my refund or status on it.

Brought my parents here during the winter storm so it was really quiet. They allowed us to browse all the rooms, upstairs and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was beautifully decorated and the drinks were great. Yes it's expensive but it's a pop up, and I think the experience is worth the price.
