   The service was excellent. When the appearizers were brought out the aerver divided the food up between the 4 of ua which was nice , but didnt allow for my daughters to take pictures or really decide how my h each of wanted or when. The main level ambiance isnt so great as it looks more like an eatery, the upper level is nicer but its balcony style over looking the eatery / kitchen and takes away from the ambiance - we ordered the gold steak who h was 4900 TL. We wernt expecting hiw it was presented - perhaps its better left as a surprise - def have your cameras out ready yo record - no one gave us a heads up. We shared it among 4 people with 4 - 5 slices each - it was good. I dont think the gold affected the taste one way or another. For is a one time experience. For apps we got the onion ( like the blooming onion from outback ) it cane with a tarter sauce which didn’t taste like a tarter sauce and which i wasnt fond of but - the table come with 2 types of dijon / horseradish mistuned and i mixed that with the sauce and made it much better. - we also got the potato croquettes - they wernt great and needed a sauce - we also had the burrata which was ok - we also had a salad ( finely chopped ) the order for 1 person was enough for 4 of us to share ( not a large serving not enough on the side )

   We wait too long for 2 burgers and 2 steaks , like a one and half hour.

   We ordered the tomahawk steak which was extremely fatty and very difficult to eat. Even the most waiter was struggling to cut it during the serving.

   We visited this restaurant on May 2, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. The staff were not attentive, and service was inconsistent. We had to ask multiple times just to get water, bread, and other basic items, and our server kept changing throughout the meal, which added to the confusion. Additionally, the salads were brought out at the same time as the steaks without checking with us beforehand. At a steakhouse of your caliber, we expected a more thoughtful dining experience where courses are timed properly and guests are made to feel taken care of. To add to our disappointment, a 5% service fee was added to our bill without any prior notice or explanation.

    It was my first time visiting Nusret, I was really excited and had high expectations due to the heightened advertising of how amazing the restaurant is especially when coming from the UK. Upon my arrival, we received a table at 9.15 when we reserved for 9pm. Once we were ready We ordered drinks (mocktails and water) which took almost half hour to come, despite my wife asking for the water as soon as possible due to being thirsty. It felt like we were ignored/just left to it to wait until your staff was available for us. Once our food came we thought we would get a small show but everything was brought to us in such a rush where we couldn’t even film properly. Our table service was very different to what others received and we waited long enough to notice. We then asked for a baklava and that took almost 25 minutes to come. Out of frustration we cancelled it and asked for the bill where we still paid service charge despite not getting a proper service. Overall my experience at Nusret was disappointing and I don’t think I will hurry back nor will I recommend to anyone unfortunately.
