   Fantastic experience! A restaurant like this I’m not able to visit very often, it’s great when the experience meets my expectations. I’d highly recommend visiting.

   I had long wanted to visit this restaurant chain, and finally, the day arrived! I chose the lunch and special midday menu because I didn’t want to overspend or overeat. I don’t think you can find a more budget-friendly three-course meal in downtown Miami. The portions were just right — I didn’t feel like adding anything else for the rest of the day. The restaurant was nearly empty despite it being lunchtime. The air conditioning was blasting, but people were smoking cigars inside, and surprisingly, the smell wasn’t noticeable. If you’re sensitive to cold after being out in the Miami heat, it’s a good idea to bring a light jacket! The service was excellent — the waiters were attentive without being pushy. However, the building and restrooms were a bit worn down, and the restaurant lacked a polished feel. The menus were also greasy. For a place with so much hype, I was a bit disappointed, which is why my rating reflects that. Will I return? I’m not sure — probably only if someone else invites me!

   Very good experience; we sat outside due to the temperature inside was very cold . Not sure if ordered the right steak ; but I will be back

   From start to finish the experience was top tier. Joseph was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the menu as well as had great anecdotes regarding his journey to Miami. The drinks and food were amazing along with the presentation. Even though Salt Bae was not present our Turkish friend made the sprinkle of salt experience worth while. To close out the meal the cheesecake was the best I’ve ever had and this comes from a person who is not a big fan of cheesecake and the baklava with the Mara’s golden ice cream to die for!!! Sprinkle on top was the black tea for the digestive system… keep up the great work in Miami and in the new upcoming locations in Mexico City and Saudi Arabia

   I tried calling several times to let them know I was going to be late, got no answer. When I got there the manager came out and he looked annoyed, let us come in and immediately felt a weird vibe. The server even though helpful, rushed us into ordering when it was our first time, stating “the kitchen is closing.” We definitely did not feel welcomed at all, literally wanted to order more stuff but backed up because of the treatment. We didn’t even stay for more than an hour. It was my birthday and the vibe threw me off. The only thing that I really liked was the birthday show and the food was great.
