   What was suppose to be a great experience and surprise for me kids because a very expensive trip to ponderosa. The service was amazing best I’ve ever had but the food was very underwhelming. Mac and cheese was like they made it with water, a lot of Mac but no cheese. Cream of spinach seems like it was from a frozen pack, super watery and lacked flavor. The steak was ok at bested. Will not be back.

   The restaurant was partially empty at 2pm when we went in for lunch yet we still waited over 20 mins to have the waitress come talk to us. She barley came around and when she did I’d ask her for water would come back later without it and I would ask again. Our food came out and it was the wrong food for my boyfriend and my steak was overcooked when I asked for it medium rare. She forgot the appetizer order and put it in after when we got our food. The manager came to say sorry but did not even mention a discount or even give us desert on the house at least. Very poorly managed restaurant. We just had dinner at Gekko the other night and the service was phenomenal. Very disappointed!

   My 2nd visit to dine and it was not as good as the first. Mostly the taste of the food, the value is overpriced. The crab cake didn’t taste much like crab, the crispy Brussels were too salty. However, the salt bae tomahawk was amazing as before. I ordered a traditional old fashion and must have been made with the cheapest house bourbon there. The table service was great and I most appreciated that the restaurant gave recognition to Military service members this Memorial wknd. I wish I could all 5 stars like the first visit.

   This was my first visit. Was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint in the slightest. The service staff were all professional and seemed genuinely interested in whether everything was good. I got the steak tartare for the first course and it was excellent. My main course was the Nusr-et special and it was incredible. For sides I got mashed potatoes, broccoli and mac & cheese. These were good. I got the baklava and ice cream for dessert. This was fantastic.

   No air conditioning in Miami is a killer. Everybody sweating inside the restaurant. You cant be paying a 500 usd tab and not having an air conditioning is brutal. I did not want to be rude and leave the restaurant for the people working. But i should have left the minute they confirmed air conditioning was not working. Food is a delight but its a no brainer decision if it has no air.

   We came for the experience of a lifetime. I had a fruit fly land in my $60 golden cappuccino and half of our leftovers where not bagged. For the $540 dollars I spent I thought I would at least get to take home the tomahawk bone for my dogs. I was so excited up until the fruit flies.

    Not quite the experience we had at the Dubai location. Overrated. A $12 can of soda is excessive. Not even in Dubai did it cost that much. The service was impeccable though and our waiter was great. Food was good.

    Overall this is a very positive review ! Have been to the location in Istanbul & this is the first time in the Miami location , Both times have proven us with very positive outcomes . The quality of the food , the staff , the attention to detail , the service was equally or even nicer experience ! We were left very pleased . The price is comparable to the high standard that equally delivers a high level product or concept , that sometimes might not go the way you want it ,but we enjoyed it immensely everything & it was outstanding & equivalent to their value !

    You have to make an appointment and it doesn't help at all, when you get there there's a huge queue, the reception staff are rude, the food could be better, very artificial. fries worse than fast food

    Unfortunately way overpriced. 2 people dining sharing 1 10 ounce steak, 2 cocktails, 1 water, 2 sides and 2 desserts for $600 including tip is absolutely ridiculous. I felt violated.

    The Resturant inside is very beautiful. The service is amazing, attentive but not pushy. The food is delicious but have had better right there in Miami. Price wise it is not worth the price.

    Nusr-Et has developed a reputation for being the pinnacle of steakhouses, unfortunately I found it to not live up to the hype. The food, service, and ambiance were all good, but nothing was particularly great, especially when stacked up against other options in town. And the bill was just silly. If you are an alpha male who likes to flex about how much money you can burn, then this is the place for you. If, however, you want a great meal that is worthy of what you pay for it, then you might want to consider going elsewhere.

    Dinner was good. However, the prices are pretty astronomical. Having dined at multiple three and two star Michelin restaurants, I understand when a restaurant wants to charge an obscene amount of money for something extremely special. But this dinner was not it. Steak was good, the tomahawk was relatively small and $275. What got me was how much they charge for a Coca-Cola, a whopping $12. Just makes zero sense. Will not be going back as the $500 meal did not match the experience or the taste necessary.
