    We were quite disappointed with our experience. There were flies hovering over our food throughout the meal, and despite trying to wave them away multiple times, the staff paid no attention and offered no assistance. While the food itself was decent, it didn’t justify the high price. Finding the entrance to the restaurant was confusing, and once inside, there was no sense of welcome from the staff—no one greeted us warmly, and no one offered to pull out our chairs. When I asked for the check, the server seemed confused and responded with a loud “What?” instead of a simple “Excuse me,” which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.

    I had amazing experience with Nusr et at Istanbul airport, so decided to try it here in Dubai. Regrettably, I have to express my dissatisfaction from the cheap presentation and poor value for money.

    I came from Canada to experience the restaurant and I must say it was quite under whelming. My main came out before my starters, I requested something special for my anniversary which was over looked, food wasn’t well seasoned. I had higher expectations for this restaurants but it appears to be just over hyped and a regular restaurant. Will not be referring people here. Lots of other places to try in Dubai over this.

    "Disappointing experience at Nusret Dubai! The staff was incredibly rude, and the smell in my glass was overpowering, which unfortunately tainted the taste of my steak. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't even acknowledge my concern, simply replacing the glass without a word. This is not the Nusret standard I've come to expect from previous visits to other locations. The waiters and servers in Dubai were particularly unfriendly. Given the hefty price tag of $450, I'm regretting my visit. Unless they revamp their service, I wouldn't recommend Nusret Dubai. Think twice before planning your visit."

    We went for a business lunch, i don’t see the value for money. Very small portions compared to other business lunches in Dubai where you even pay less for more food. I would like to thank the manager/supervisor for being professional and making up for the misunderstanding that happened while I was ordering
