Definite tension between servers and bartender. Server was fine but really no personality or emotion. Food was also acceptable but nothing to rave about. For a period of an hour, prime business (7-9) the bathrooms were out of order with no alternative offered. Complimentary valet was great for not worrying about where to park.

I booked this reservation online. I asked to be seated in the cocktail lounge so we could experience the dinner music of the piano player. Not only did they seat us in the lounge but we got the best seat in the house at the window overlooking Shrewsbury Street. It was a great evening with outstanding food and service.

Osso Bucco was good, meat fell off the bone; potatoes seemed to have taste and texture of boxed. Vegetables were tasteless—out of season. Our martinis were watered down. Espresso was excellent

The food was delicious! Service was attentive, helpful and cordial. It was a little loud, but par for the course on a Friday evening. Will definitely come again and will recommend.

Brought a couple for the first time to Nuovo... well thank you Alex and company for beginning a special night with an incredible dinner. Always a great meal...this night was just perfect.

The restaurant seated us promptly, even though we had been delayed in transit getting there. Service was friendly and efficient. The noise level was moderate, so that I and the old friend I was dining with could converse easily. The special desert of the evening (blueberry lemon cheesecake) was good. The standout of the evening was the entree: the salmone atlantico: a salmon fillet with crabmeat, fresh spinach and a creamy Madeira wine sauce. It was fabulous, one of those rare dishes that would make me want to go back to the restaurant soon. I would - if I didn't live in New York City, but hope to the next time I visit with my friend in Worcester. We certainly have some good restaurants here in New York, but Nuovo held its own against them.

We came to Nuovo for the first time to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. We had reservations and were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived. The entire experience was fabulous. The wine was marvelous as were the appetizers and warm bread; each of the 7 people enjoyed their meal and even saved a little room for dessert. Or meals ranged from veal alla caciatore, fettucini alfredo, cheese tortellini, and shrimp scampi and all were delicious. Personally I thought my tiramissu was one of the best I have had and the cappuccino that accompanied it was equally good. We are looking forward to returning and having another enjoyable meal. Thank you.

We ate upstairs, which looks to be a very nice function area. Open and airy. Nice lighting.

We had a great table in front of the big window overlooking the street. Our server was very attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. Our experience couldn't have been better!

Great food, ambiance, and service. Valet parking is a plus as parking can be at a premium. Our server, Samantha, was excellent. Offered many helpful recommendations and was very attentive and professional.

Nice accommodation of a quiet space to allow for chatting and cozy setting. The food was very good. The waitress seemed a tiny bit stressed even though it wasn't busy managing plates etc. but was attentive to our table.

Worcester has many great options for a upscale dinner date with friends. We finds ourselves going to Nuovo more than the others lately. They go above and beyond with great food and service.

Nuovo has become the "go-to" restaurant for my wife and I when we want a solidly enjoyable dining experience. We have come here several times now, this time was for my wife's birthday.
Though slightly crowded (it was after all a Saturday evening) we were seated on time per our reservation, had drinks and wine, appetizers and full entrees, superior service throughout. Price was as always very reasonable for a white table cloth dining experience w liquor (stayed under $150) and food was excellent as we have come to expect.
Place is intimate, not excessively fancy, reminds us a lot of eating in Florence when on vacation in Italy. Ttotally satisfying

Wonderful restaurant - service was great, large menu, complimentary valet parking. Not as pricey as some of the other fine dining options in the neighborhood - HOWEVER..... party of 3, we all ordered the ribeye steak: 1 med; 2 med-rare. They all came well done. Of course, the server offered to take them back, which we declined because by the time you get your meal, you just want to eat. I would think the chef in this caliber restaurant could cook a steak to order. It wasn't even close, not arguable whether they were medium or slightly pink - they were well done! It was a Tuesday night, the restaurant was not crowded, so they couldn't have been overwhelmed with tickets. Just Bummed.....

First time there and it was excellent. I've been to most of Worcester Italian restaurants and Nuovo is in the top few...

One of my favorite neighborhood restaurants. Owners care and are usually there. Great service. Super accommodating. Love their risotto and veal dishes.

Excellent food, best veal Marsala ever. Service excellent. Valet parking makes it an easier in and out.

First off our server Lisa was fantastic. There when we needed her but not over the top. All the food was absolutely delicious! Only downside was tables are on top of each other. And the two tops are small.
Overall one of the best meals we’ve ever had.

Dining and staff were great

We love that the owner recommends the most amazing wine to go with our dinner choice. And, they accommodate dairy allergies! The food is incredible. We went fairly early on a Friday evening this time, but always feel so very accommodated! Love and appreciate this restaurant every time we go!

A fun double date, our server was outstanding and the owner came over to help us select an amazing bottle of wine. The food was all spectacular- every course was top notch. We will be back!

Always delicious!

They only had one bartender working on Valentine’s Day so while we were waiting for our reservation it took a very long time to get a drink. The setting was nice but the wine list is over priced for low end wines. The food was not good, I ordered the shrimp scampi and it tasted like chicken noodle soup with shrimp on top.

Wonderful service & great food. Just loud. They nicely moved us from the bar to the back of the dining room but the noise level was still a challenge.

The chicken saltimbocca and the molten chocolate cake are amazing. The special was good but for $35 it could have been better.
