We’ve eaten at Nouvo many times and every thing is consistently good for the most part. We do find the music very loud which interferes with conversation.

The pesto pasta and cocktails were very tasty. The Chilean seabass was amazing! Wonderful selection for a menu. The restaurant has an elegant and intimate feel yet is very kid friendly.

Staff was very helpful as we hosted our end of year event for our instructors. Josh was super helpful confirming all the details ahead of time and showed a lot of flexibility as last minute changes arose. I highly recommend their food and service by the managers for any special event or even just for a nice meal out and about!

New menu since our last visit. The wraps were one of the new items and they were delicious. The French onion soup was amazing and served perfectly in a hot bowl (about which the waiter warned us), lots of cheese and delicious sourdough slices. We started with a cocktail and apetizer, but we were too full for dessert. Service was excellent. We always enjoy our meals there.

If we could give this restaurant 100 stars we would! The waitress provided the kind of exceptional service we haven’t seen in years. She listened to the fact we wanted to spend time enjoying ourselves and made sure to serve the appetizers, salad, entree and desserts in a perfectly timed way so that we felt relaxed, not rushed. And not so slow that we wondered where the food was. She was so lovely and so nice and gave great recommendations on our choices. She was about as perfect of a server as you could get in any restaurant! And the food!!! So delicious! It tasted fresh and full of flavor. The combination of basil and olive oil in the pesto was divine. The stuffed mushrooms had a unique sauce that brought out the umami flavor beautifully. The strawberry salad was fresh and crisp and had the perfect amount of candied pecans. And then the desserts - wow! The strawberry crème brûlée was phenomenal as were the two other chocolate desserts whose names I cannot recall - probably because we are still in our happy food coma! When we travel finding kosher is always a challenge but finding this phenomenal of a kosher restaurant was only found once before - in Italy. Seriously- you will not regret going here - your waistline might but you’re tastebuds won’t!
