The peach salad was the best I have ever had. The only thing that wasn’t great are the chairs in the patio. They are extremely uncomfortable.

We have been here for dinner, flamingo nights, and brunch. We always have a great time with our server Danny and the crew. The speciality food is amazing and the drinks are on point.

Our 2nd visit to Nuno's proved to be disappointing. We were seated at the smallest table for 2, which was also inline with the direct sun light piercing through the west window. Even though there were other tables for 2, all larger and more comfortable, we were never offered the opportunity to move. Next to us was a table for 4, that was also in the direct low setting sun. They had to gather around 2 sides of the table to avoid staring into the glaring sun! All the while, what I assume to be the floor manager, seeing all of this, did not make any attempt to make things right for either table. But he knew how to hang out at the bar! No apology, no comped appetizer to show that he was sensitive to how we were having to deal with this, no attempt to cover the window! And there were no shades or drapes to block the sun, even though this place has been here for several years... WTF! Food was good, our waiter Cole was attentive, but pace of the meal and drink service was slow... too bad, a very good menu all negated by terrible service/management. Oh, and the available table out of the sun next to us for 2, did not get seated until we were leaving. If I owned this place, I'd definitely begin looking for another manager. Sadly, with all the other choices in the area for a nice meal, I doubt I'll be back!

The place was very noisy on a Sunday at lunch time, but at least the noise was from people having fun. Three of the four in our party really enjoyed the food, though one said his entre was not warm. The 4th person did not like his food because it was too spicy, but he said he would come again to try a different dish. Our waiter, who said he usually works the dinner shift, was quite inattentive. He stood chatting with the cooks and forgot about the things we had asked for (jelly for the toast, salad dressing, salt and pepper, more water -- the basics). Fortunately, other servers came to our rescue, but not before we had time to become annoyed with the service. Also, we do not like the forced-choice categories ascribed to the tips -- excellent, good, etc. They leave no room for poor service like we received. We much prefer the more standard 10%, 15%, and 20% if you are going to put any suggestions at the bottom of the bill.

A gem in Upland! Food is always amazin!! Keep an eye out for their specials, they never disappoint. Be sure to try their Barrel-Aged cocktails... a-maz-ing!!!
