    Brand new restaurant at Four Seasons , great Peruvian food , my wife is Peruvian and she gave it 5 stars , I agree, ceviche , tiradito were great so was Branzino, we will be back soon to try the Pato con arroz

    Delicious Nikkei experience! The food was truly impressive – the ceviches were the highlight: super fresh and bursting with flavor. We loved the salmon nigiris for their perfect texture and taste, and the branzino chicharrón was a standout dish. The Wagyu gyozas were also amazing – the sauce they came with was packed with flavor and tied everything together beautifully. The sashimi was high quality, though a bit simple compared to the bold flavors of everything else. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was great – perfect weather and a relaxed vibe. Service was excellent; we followed the staff’s recommendations and they were spot on. They also mentioned that more dishes will be added to the menu in the coming weeks, so we’ll definitely be coming back!

    The team at Nuna just get it! Everything was spot on. Gaby our server was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you guys for not being another Miami catfish restaurant! You truly lived up to the expectations and some! We can’t wait to go back! A++

    Dificil encontrar el restaursnte. Esta en un 7o piso sin indicacion. Cuando llegué no habia hostes. Mesero demorado. Y comida muuuuy basica. Ceviche, makis y niguiris y sushis. Mas de lo mismo. Y el ambiente es antiguo. Es un retaurante de hotel, just that. Si quieres cenar junto a executivos en viaje de trabajo, this is the place

    Great new restaurant - Peruvian and Japanese fusion. I had the prawn and shrimp tempura and the branzino chicharron. Both were large servings and delicious. The branzino was served in huge chunks along with a whole fish carcass for presentation. And the tempura was light with a creamy spice poured over it. A big change for one of favorite steak restaurants, Edge, but I hope it stays around for many years.

    If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The food was out of this world, especially for the first week open with only part of their menu out to the public. We started with Nigiri and had each one. Hamachi & Tuna were the lightest - both melt in your mouth. Salmon & Wagyu followed with a rich, fatty, and flavorful taste. Our top 2 was Salmon & Hamchi. Next we went through the Maki rolls - with 10 pieces each, you definitely get a great “bang for your buck” at $20ish a roll. These didn’t blow us away like the Nigiri - lots of friend shrimp in 2/3 of the rolls and tuna. Best roll was the Nuna. Now for the main course… if you’re not getting the short rib, think again. This thing, melted in your mouth and fell right off the bone. Best short rib of my life - couple that with the potatoes and you’re feeling right at home. The Miso Chicken skewers had an amazing presentation, smoked over coals at your table and juicy as can be. Finally, for dessert we had the cocao (phone did not eat first), but if we even had a sliver of room left, we would’ve ordered another. Not too sweet with 70% cocoa powder and just layers of tecture woth the nibs, powder, pudding/ice cream, and fudge center. My new favorite restaurant in Miami. We will be back and excited to try the full menu!!!

    One of the Best Dining Experiences in Miami I dine out two to three times a week, and this was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in Miami. The food was absolutely outstanding, I fresh, flavorful, and uniquely delicious. Every dish showcased high-quality ingredients, especially the fish, which was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. The service perfectly matched the caliber of the cuisine. Our server, Christian, was a true professional—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely warm. He guided us through the menu with confidence and care, making us feel truly special throughout the evening. I noticed that every table seemed to be having just as wonderful a time. There was a buzz of happiness and satisfaction in the room, which only added to the magic of the night. This place is a gem—excellent food, fair pricing, and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I can’t wait to return.
