Took very long. Great location but just not the best. Also it is no longer a pizza restaurant rather trying to be an upscale Italian restaurant
We went for PIZZA 🍕, because obviously it says is a PIZZERIA BAR, but there was NO pizza in the menu. They told us it was because there was not anymore the “numero 28 restaurant”, they were changing everything. So, it was absolutely disappointing and we decided to leave
The service was terrible, but given COVID we tried not to complain and cut them a break. Then they never brought out a dessert or candle for my friends birthday. And when we went to split the bill across 3 cards they only did 2 and then gave us someone elses bill which just caused a huge confusion and headache. Overall, never going back.
Terrible food. One of the dishes clearly was pasta made ahead of time and already hard and cold. Dishes all came out cold
They overbooked the restaurant and they were completely disorganized. We awaited hours for our food and the end there was no left food.
They completely wasted our New Year End.
Not recommended at all.
The service was very slow. They had no bread or desserts by the time we are on NYE. The food was cold and we had to ask for silverware/dressing/drinks repeatedly. Wayyyy to pricy for the quality.
Not great. Got the wrong bill. No distancing in the restaurant.
I didn’t like the fact when I booked dinner on OpenTable for this restaurant, that there was zero indication that there was a price fix menu. I felt that was very deceptive.
Understaffed, waited 2 hours for food that was subpar and was extremely overpriced.
The food was delicious and authentic ! Service was one of a kind . Can’t wait to go back .
Food was not good
The service was impeccable. Even though the restaurant was very slow because of Covid- the servers were attentive, and helpful. The pizza was amazing- transported all of us to Italy. Best we have had in Florida. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score was the covid precautions seemed decent- I prefer the precautions to be very strict. But that didn’t stop us from thoroughly enjoying our night!
We were excited to go to this restaurant for pizza. Unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed! The deep fried meatballs were hard the pizza was under cooked, and the tiramisu was not fresh, boarder line freezer burn.
Way overpriced 25-30$ apps and 40-50 enters. Food was ok
Visited on New Year’s Eve and was assisted immediately. After that we waited for a server to take our orders for over 30 minutes until I had to call one over to us. Despite the long wait for service the food was magnificent and the energy was nice.
The service was horrible which took away from the entire dining experience. We tried to order more food and the server said the kitchen was too busy, basically asking us to leave. He also was extremely rude when we asked for chili flakes, black pepper etc, as if we were asking for something ridiculous rather than something he should be offering without being prompted.
Excellent location. The food was good and tasty. We sat outside and although it started to rain the staff couldn't have done more to make us comfortable.
Over charged for the wine. The charcuterie board was poorly balanced. Pizza was low quality.
Great experience overall food good. Noisy little over street
Ignacio was a fantastic draw into the restaurant!
Worst service - it was fine at the beginning, then they completely forgot about our table. Disappointing because the food was good!
Every time we come to SoBe, we come here! Love it!
The food was mostly just OK, and some of it was inedible. It took us 3.5 hours to have a simple dinner -- it should never take that long. Ever.
Great pasta and fun
Never again would I go to this restaurant. The
Waiter could not speak English or Spanish. He could not get our drinks correct, the food took 3 hours for 3
Pizzas and a 3
Pastas. The manager said if we did not like it we could leave. I can believe the owner would want its manager to make such a comment.
Service was mediocre. Food was very good. Value for the money was low
Francesco and his staff helped us celebrate our friends birthday. Get the spaghetti con cacio e Pepe. So good! And so was the chicken Milanese.. Over all this was absolutely awesome! We will be back! Thanks Francesco for a great time!
This is our rate based on the visit in 2015.
This time our reservation was cancelled when we arrived at the restaurant due to a "private event". Very annoying.
Excellent food and great value for money.
Expansive and had no garlic!
