Number 23 is a British Tapas Restaurant where you can enjoy delicious, unique, high quality food, in a relaxed & friendly environment.
We are a family run business and opened in February 2013 by myself and my sister, Ceri, set in a building with amazing character, dating back to the 1500's.

At Number 23 we know what counts: excellent food, great service and a friendly atmosphere - they're all here and so much more.

We wanted a relaxed fun birthday dinner with myself and my wife and 16 yr old daughter !! This was the perfect venue with good food, good service and a relaxed atmosphere. I would go back.

Lovely fresh tapas, great selection of vegetarian options. We wanted a discreet, cosy restaurant to meet up and found it tucked away with a lovely exterior. Welcoming and attentive staff though they had to keep going through a back door near our table, where we caught the draught each time. However, we had such a good time the staff didn't rush us out even though we realised it was time for them to leave too!

Food tasty but a bit on the 'rustic' side. Quick service. Lacks atmosphere. Expensive for what it was.

We had a delicious meal with a wonderful choice of food and great service. Missed the baileys white chocolate and Malteser cheese cake though.

Overall, a very good experience... as it has been two times before. Wish I could give half-scores as I'd bump up food and value accordingly.

We visited for a birthday celebration as we wanted to have a nice relaxed family gathering. Food and service were both excellent. We would definitely return.
