                          This restaurant is incredible on every level. The food is very high quality, the decor is lovely and calming, and the staff is always above and beyond nice. It's a go-to for me to take friends who visit or for special occasions. It's not cheap, but high-quality seafood and immaculate cooking techniques aren't cheap. Here, it's well worth the money.

                          Rarely do I leave a review without at least one constructive comment — but not this time. Our dining experience was just perfect, and that’s not easy to come by these days. Succulent food, beautifully presented, and service that truly stood out — thanks to Jeff, who was attentive, personable, and impressively knowledgeable. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth every bite.

                          The food was excellent and very inventive take on Vietnamese. The family style menu allowed us to sample a variety of dishes, more than we could eat!

                          We started with the wontons and shared the surf and turf entree and everything was delicious. The services was great - we were served by a trainee and they did an excellent job . Looking forward to returning.

                          I booked a reservation for our anniversary and the staff here was so sweet and incredibly attentive especially Madeline who was our server. The level of thoughtfulness from a hand written card, to celebratory Rose and chocolate written "Happy Anniversary" on our desert, on top of how delicious the food and drinks were made it such a sweet and incredible evening. Normally I don't leave reviews let alone extensive ones, but this time I absolutely had to. 12/10!

                          Excellent food and dining experience! From cocktails (Tamarind Margarita) to appetizers (Chili Wontons) and Caesar salad to entrees (Crispy Fish), everything was amazing. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

                          NUE Elegantly Vietnamese was a delight especially for special occasions and couples date night. Elevating Vietnamese cuisine is trending among 2nd & 3rd generation entrepreneurs, let’s keep it going. . . Our night started with the convenience of a near by Modera parking garage with CHASIN50 code, this was a big plus plus. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by inviting staffs and seated promptly. LOVE the creativity in cocktails and concepts. I had the robust Fire Dragon w/ squid ink, it was divine. My husband had the Wood Snake, it was yummy. Small Bites: Pho Pate’ was the most memorable flavor profile, Seafood Cha Gio roll was spot on in terms of flavor & crispy, The octopus was perfectly charred to my taste. My husband is a picky eater, and he enjoyed the Bo Kho Pappardelle and I love the coconut risotto with Hokkaido Scallops. Thank you Alex for making our date night special!

                          This is my third time here. The food is light and delicious and often surprises with the lovely combination of flavors. The cocktails are some of the best I’ve ever had - innovative and beautifully balanced. Tonight I had the avocado and crab lump soup and it was amazing. Not a cheap place but I find it well worth the cost.
