Nestled in the picturesque Southern Highlands community just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, Nudo Italiano is a family-owned restaurant from local restaurateurs Jenna Morton and Michael Morton, who are behind some of Las Vegas' best restaurants. Designed to feel like a warm embrace, Nudo Italiano features a cozy dining room, a bustling bar, and a lively patio, offering an inviting setting for friends and family to gather over authentic, beautifully prepared Italian cuisine.
At the heart of the menu is Chef William DeMarco’s masterful approach to Italian simplicity, where every ingredient shines and nothing is overcomplicated. Guests will savor handmade pastas, house-baked breads, and Neapolitan-style pizzas, crafted with premium ingredients and fired in a traditional wood-burning oven, following guidelines set by UNESCO, which is dedicated to strengthening our shared humanity.

We tried a bunch of dishes and everything surprised to the upside. The meatballs were outstanding, as was the branzino. Solid chicken parm, delicious bread service, and the Italian salad was dynamite.

While a little pricey, the food was delicious and the service was great. The linguini in particular stood out. We started out with some focaccia, which was perfect and they provided an “amuse bouche” which included some cheese, pepper and some kind of onion, which was delicious. I also had chicken parmigiana which was very good. The waiter and the rest of the waitstaff were attentive, without seeming to hover. Topped off with wine and dessert and it was an excellent meal.

Food and service were excellent. The restaurant is on the noisier side and the tables are close together. I would still return to this restaurant for dinner.

Great new “Strip Mall” restaurant . Beautiful inside and very fair priced expansive menu. Very dish exceeded our expectations . Going back again tonight to try dishes we missed last night.

Salmon and Calamari amazing, need better wine choices by the glass. Service was adequate, took long time for more water and 20 mins before getting first drinks
