    Join us for High Tea at new heights! Enjoy quintessential offerings like lemon scones and tea service, alongside truffled grilled cheese and options for caviar and Champagne bottle service. This perfect balance of sophisticated tradition and bold Nubeluz flavors is sure to create memories that will be savored long after your last sip. Available Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am - 3:00pm for $130 per adult and $60 per child. Please note that High Tea includes a set menu for which we are able to accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian substitutions. We regret that we are not able to accommodate vegan or dairy-free substitutions for High Tea.

    Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Tuesday - Saturday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.​

    Food, drinks, service, and vibe were amazing. Plus, to top it off with the AMAZING views of NYC, we couldn’t ask for a better night. Thank you to the entire Nubeluz team.

    Very disappointed in mg experience on the 4th of July. I had a 6:45 reservation and was seated just after 7 (my fault not the restaurant’s - they were accommodating) but it was not until after we were sat that we were informed of a private event at 8 and that the entire venue would be cleared out. They reached out to confirm my reservation and did not say anything at the time of booking nor at the confirmation of my reservation. The staff themselves seemed partially unaware of the event going on which made for a very disappointing experience and not what I have experienced at other Ritz Carlton locations and Jose Andreas restaurants. I live in DC and regularly patronize both the Ritz and JA restaurants and was grossly disappointed at the communication, had I know there was a private event I would have booked my evening elsewhere where my time was not limited.

    Arrived on time for a 5:00 reservation on July 4th. Our confirmation from the restaurant made it clear the duration of our visit was from 5:00-6:30. Ok, fair enough. We waited 20 minutes to be seated despite many empty seats. 1/4 of the restaurant was roped off and closed. Our server was attentive and kind. I ordered a glass of champagne and a Caviar bump. When an empty, inexpensive white wine glass arrived, I reminded our server I ordered champagne and asked for a flute. He informed us they didn't have champagne flutes. In disbelief, I asked again, and he said they were saved for special occasions. We are in a hip, expensive restaurant on the 50th floor of the Ritz Carlton in NYC on July 4th. I'm a customer buying champagne. Yet it's not special enough for a champagne glass?? Perhaps unimportant sounding to some, but the shape of the glass sufficiently changes the structure and taste of all wines, particularly champagne. Not to mention the celebratory factor. I've been in the city for 8 days and had a flute at every other restaurant. I politely canceled my drink order. My caviar arrived in a very cool container with billowing fog from dry ice. A very impressive display. Sadly, the caviar was mushy and not flavorable. I had experienced the most amazing caviar of my life the previous day at Caviar Russe. I should mention that my husband's drink was fine. We asked for the check, and shortly after, the server returned with a flute. We declined and asked again for the check. He informed me that he went to "a lot of trouble" to find this glass for me. Perhaps he meant that comment in a different way than I took it because he was quite nice. He quickly said the drink was on him. I accepted, tipped well, and left very disappointed. I should add that Jose Andres is one of the most amazing human beings in the world. The selfless work he & WCK do is incredible. Thank you, Jose. I even live by his advice "to succeed, you must learn to pivot." Sadly, we will not return.
