Join us for High Tea at new heights! Enjoy quintessential offerings like lemon scones and tea service, alongside truffled grilled cheese and options for caviar and Champagne bottle service. This perfect balance of sophisticated tradition and bold Nubeluz flavors is sure to create memories that will be savored long after your last sip. Available Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am - 3:00pm for $130 per adult and $60 per child. Please note that High Tea includes a set menu for which we are able to accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian substitutions. We regret that we are not able to accommodate vegan or dairy-free substitutions for High Tea.

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. This 4th of July, take your celebration 50 floors up—where the skyline sparkles and the cocktails do too. Nubeluz invites you to an unforgettable evening set against the nation’s largest fireworks display. Enjoy panoramic views of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River, accompanied by a DJ and live entertainment—all in signature Nubeluz style. Seasonal cocktails, including our Whiskey Smash with Templeton Rye, Strawberry, and Cane Sugar, will be available for purchase, along with our full food menu featuring Nubeluz favorites like Lobster Rolls, Truffled Grilled Cheese, and S’mores Cones. Let the city light up around you. An Experience fee of $100 per guest provides guaranteed seating for those joining us for the fireworks display, between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. This experience fee is exclusive of a la carte food and beverage. Please note that Nubeluz is unable to guarantee seating at any particular table. All guests must be 21+ and have physical identification with proof of age. The fireworks display and access to Nubeluz's terraces are weather-permitting.
