Enjoy quintessential offerings like lemon scones and tea service, alongside truffled grilled cheese and options for caviar and Champagne bottle service. This perfect balance of sophisticated tradition and bold Nubeluz flavors is sure to create memories that will be savored long after your last sip. Available Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am - 3:00pm for $130 per adult and $60 per child. Please note that High Tea includes a set menu for which we are able to accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian substitutions. We regret that we are not able to accommodate vegan or dairy-free substitutions for High Tea.

This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Tuesday - Saturday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.
