   10/10 would recommend this place! We went as a group of 12 for my boyfriends birthday and everything was incredible. From the ambience, the greenery, the service, the drinks, to the food. We tasted all of the cocktails and ended up ordering two of everything off the menu. When the food got to our table, our server explained all of the dishes. If we are ever in Tulum again, we will definitely be back.

   Adored this place. Chill vibe with subtle music, beautiful ambience with a lush plant wall, tasty dishes and excellent service! It was our first dinner of our vacation in Tulum and the restaurant staff was so warm and friendly and really made us feel so welcome in Tulum! Highly recommend for one of your nights in Tulum! Our very pleasant waiter, Eduardo, gets special mention!

   5 course meal for $230 a plate was a complete joke. Nothing was good and a very limited drink menu. One of the worst dining experiences I have had.

    Overall pretty place but food was not amazing. The mushroom tempura batter was far too heavy but the fish was great. But there’s no bread no rice no pasta nothing substantial so you feel really hungry despite ordering few things.

    Although the restaurant was quiet, we felt quite rushed. The food arrived before our cocktails and we didn’t even get a chance to order a bottle of wine as the food came out instantaneously. It felt like they were trying to get rid of everyone and go home, despite our waiter being lovely and professional. He also gave me a complimentary glass of champagne as it was my birthday. He was great, but I suggest that the bar and kitchen coordinate or at least have a staff briefing prior to service

    My second time here, and both meals have been wonderful. The atmosphere is stunning. I also love their cocktail list. I’m always torn what to order for dinner because there are so many delicious things that I want to try. The bbq pineapple dessert is a must!

    Obviously low season when we visited. Food was good and our waiter tried hard but they didn’t seem quite together. 15 dollars for a mojito set the tone for feeling like we were being exploited for what is not not more than a nice restaurant on the Tulum beach strip. 3,500 peso bill left us reluctant to recommend a visit.

    Great spot. If I could give it 4.5 stars I would, but I felt like the full 5 would be overkill. Some dishes were fantastic, some were kind of run-of-the-mill, but nothing was remotely bad. We had two cocktails, one of which was very unique and good and one of which just felt a little directionless. Again, not anything bad, but just a few things that didn't 'pop' enough for 5/5. Really cool space in the back as well. I would eat here again.

    My friends and I came to NÜ for my 40th birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. We have a number of dietary restrictions among us (vegan, gluten free, etc), but no one had any trouble finding something delicious to eat. We also shared a number of starters. The atmosphere was classic Tulum, beautiful plants everywhere, perfect mood lighting. The service was warm, attentive, and helpful, and the drinks were fantastic!! Not a single thing to complain about, truthfully, I would absolutely come back.

    Great place with such a nice and romantic ambiance. I definitely recommend this place, they don’t have a lot of options on their menu, but no matter what dish you will order , everything taste delicious. We loved everything about this place , cocktails, food, ambiance, service definitely a top notch place. Highly recommended!

    After a few culinary disasters, despite apparently good reviews from previous customers, this was an absolute treat. The staff knew about and understood what they were serving, which was well cooked and well presented. All the menu was available and offered good choices. Our prawns were excellent. The environment was restful and the music only in the background rather than being the only thing you could her. Well done to the team - we’d certainly come again

    We were recommended NU by our front desk at Casa Alaya. It was a short walk and well worth it! Service was fantastic, kind and helpful. Drinks were delish. Food was top notch. Interesting flavors, portions we could share and in my humble opinion fairly priced. There was not a dish we all said we would have skipped. Highly recommend!

    We had the most wonderful dinner with our family at Nü Tulum this summer. We cannot recommend this beautiful restaurant enough to friends. The servers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local farm to table cuisine. All of our dishes were unique, seasonal, and incredibly delicious. Terrific cocktails too!     We had a great evening at Nu! Service started strong with welcoming staff and good drinks. We ended up deciding on the prawns as an appetizer and were a little bit underwhelmed. The bernaise sauce with the shrimp was very thick and different than expected and the prawns were a little soggy, not quite grilled enough. That being said, the Caribbean fish and the stuffed chili we had for our mains were phenomenal. I would highly recommend both. Presentation and flavors were fantastic. BBQ pineapple and champagne for dessert were the perfect ending. Atmosphere was really well designed with good lighting, a living wall and spacious seating layout making the experience feel private while still being an open dining room. My only complaint about the atmosphere is related to the periodic smoke pumped through the restaurant to deter the mosquitos. While appreciated for keeping the bugs away, the smell was a bit strong. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
