Noz Market first opened its doors in October 2020, providing New Yorkers with a resource for high-end seafood, Japanese accoutrements, and delicious prepared sushi and sashimi.

Past the hand roll bar and market front, a bamboo-lined hallway gives way to an intimate 10-seat counter where guests choose from two menu options: the Classic Menu ($90/person) and the Chef's Menu ($155/person). Lunch Omakase ($90/person) is available from Friday-Sunday.

At our table seating, we offer an la carte menu of plated dishes, many of which also appear on our delivery menu.

Reservations for our omakase counter and back tables are now available seven days a week. We look forward to hosting you!

The Chef's Menu includes one otsumami (appetizer), 10 nigiri, 1 uni course, 1 maki roll, miso soup, tamago, and dessert for $155 per person. The food was excellent and service was very good. While I understand the pricing for the omakase, I do think the drink prices was a little exorbitant. The sushi chef was very skilled, however very difficult to understand and couldn't quite make out what each nigiri was that he was serving.

Amazing - Noz is the best Sushi in the UES. Either bar counter or a la carte on their tables on the back. Outstanding

OK omakase for the price -- had a few quite chewy cuts, which I wouldn't expect from a place of this caliber. (Probably better for handroll happy hour / to-go boxes)

Absolutely unbelievable. Such a great experience lovely service and the most fresh fish I have ever had. Perfect for a special occasion.

Incredible evening! It's great every time, but last night was remarkable. The chef was knowledgeable and interesting, the ambience and chatting with other guests was fun, and the sushi was hands down some of the best I've ever had. Bravo!

Noz Market Manu testing experience is a very ambitious proposal to bring Japanese food and culture into NY. The fish cuts are excellent and the staff is helpful. My request for the restaurant will be to offer more beverage options (2-3 cocktails wouldn’t hurt).
