   I booked on the internet and I called for confirmation and they told me that the restaurant is off on the day I booked! And i didn’t receive any cancellation email

   Food was pretty good, but the staff made this night unforgettable. Would visit again.

   We are Cairo residents. It is unfortunate that even though my wife and I were the only two diners in the restaurant, my order took 55 minutes to arrive. My wife had finished her meal before mine arrived. The reason? My order had been forgotten! Not a good experience to eat separately at the same table. Compared to similar venues in other 5-star hotels along the Nile, in Cairo, this one occupies a low ranking.

   It was a good experience, the general atmosphere is good, however the food is not very good in quantity or quality, another thing i did not like is that when i asked for a better table in the middle of the place, instead of the periphery, the receptionist told me there is no empty tables, while there were, and the middle is the best, which is something i did not know, and when the receptionist was placing me, all the center was empty, but she placed me in the periphery, i do not know whether she intended that or not, but i am sure that there were empty tables in the center, when i asked for a one, so anyway, other than that, all was good

   I’m celebrating currently my 11th anniversary at NOX. It is a perfect romantic place to celebrate in especially on Wednesday as it is quite and romantic. Food is so delicious especially the burger. Mr. Adel is so professional and will provide you with an amazing experience and a night to remember.

   The restaurant was located on the top floor of the Ritz Carlton hotel with fantastic views of Cairo. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We had a reservation at 8:15 pm on Friday so there were few other patrons. It looked like there was a night club that would be cranking up later in the evening since the restaurant stays open until 3 am so I’m sure it would be a lot busier. If you’d like a quiet dinner book an earlier time. We asked to go outside to take some pictures and had the best views in Cairo.
