We had a reservation and when we arrived (the front was empty, no one was waiting to get a table) 4 hostesses told us “we have to wait because they have to clean some tables and stuff” then proceeded to stand there and do nothing. We waited for 15 minutes and left to eat across the street at Il Gabbiano.

The quality of the menu and service is great! Unfortunately, it is somewhat noisy. And the Miami Spice desert shines for the lack of creativity and craftmanshift vs the rest of the menu.....

Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as usual. We had a 10:45pm reservation. Our driver took a lengthy time to deliver us to the venue. Therefore we arrived at 11pm in the grace period. However, on arrival we were informed that as the night was slow the kitchen had closed early. What was most disappointing about this is that I had made the booking that evening at 10pm. We were not informed that the kitchen would close before our reservation. My friend’s 40th celebration was ruined. The maitre did comp us a drink of the establishment choice and edamame. I purchased my own bottle and dessert and waited for a driver to collect us from the restaurant. The venue and hours are very different from the flagship restaurant in London. Very chilled, quiet energy. Doubtful we will return.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful date night at this restaurant. It was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food surpassed our expectations, creating a memorable culinary journey. The ambiance was perfect, creating just the right mood for a romantic evening. Our waiter was not only friendly but also highly competent, adding to our overall satisfaction. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the duck, a must-try! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami.

We went for the brunch experience and our server made us very uncomfortable multiple times. When we sat down we asked what was included at the seafood bar and our server said “you are too skinny to eat at the seafood bar just enjoy the food that I will order from the brunch menu”. In addition, we had to ask multiple times for drink refills and for someone to clear our table. The server then asked my mom how old she was when she had her children which was very inappropriate. Upon paying the bill, we asked if the 20% charge on the bill was the gratuity and he responded “it’s a house service charge”. We tried to clarify if that was the tip again and he said “it’s a service charge that goes to all of the team members not just him.” The whole experience was very uncomfortable. It did not live up to the expectations set by Nobikov in the past.

they charge a 20% service charge on top of the already high prices. And then the waiters expect you to also give a tip on top of the 20% service charge. Then they charge $20 for valet service. Very expensive evening. not sure if it is worth it.

Went for Sunday brunch. They've recently introduced the sushi bar and seafood bar. Before, it was all brought to the table. There are still things you can order for the table but now you can get up as you please as well. Unlimited wine/bloody mary/mimosa on the signature package. Can't go wrong. Victoria is am amazing server, Sebastian is a fantastic Manager and you will get taken care of from start to finish.

We always have the best time at Novikov! The food is delicious - my favorite is the Peking Duck. Definitely gets appetizers (there’s so many amazing options) and if you’re into cocktails they have the best drink in my opinion - the wasabi martini! It wouldn’t be right to eat dinner and not get dessert - you can’t go wrong with what you choose - they’re all delicious! Service has fantastic every time we’ve gone!

I always love coming here. I am a regular and both the food and service are top notch each and every time. Victoria and Jean are by far my favorite. But every server checks in on you often to see if you need anything, asks fire allergies or any diet restrictions, asks what order you want your food. I came at almost closing time and didn't feel rushed at all. The food is impeccable. So fresh and presented beautifully. We had the tofu, Hamachi carpaccio, two Maki rolls, the snapper two waysEverything was delicious. The drinks.. The best part. Crafted with such thought to flavor and presentation.Will come again soon and recommend to everyone

The food was very good. However the hostess was very rude to one member of our party who was wearing sandals. She almost did not let us in although the shoes were within their dress code. I found it very unprofessional.
