Maison Sun is an upscale, speakeasy fine-dining experience. Our all-inclusive experience includes an 8-course tasting menu, wine service, and sales tax. We will be joined by two high-profile chefs, formerly of Quince in San Francisco, as well as The Modern and Masa. We focus primarily on French and Asian inspired tasting menus. Our current location is a high-end art gallery within a mansion in the heart of the East Village. In view of state and local regulations, we are limiting our capacity to ten individuals per seating, including staff. Maison Sun is an upscale, speakeasy fine-dining experience. Our all-inclusive experience includes a 22-course tasting menu, wine service, and sales tax. We will be joined by two high-profile chefs, formerly of Quince in San Francisco, as well as The Modern and Masa. We focus primarily on French and Asian inspired tasting menus. The location is an ultra high-end loft in the heart of Tribecca currently valued at 32 million dollars. In view of state and local regulations, we are limiting our capacity to ten individuals per seating, including staff. For reservations or inquiries, please contact Chef Sun directly.

Menu
Warm friendly and energetic staff. The tasting menu created by the chef was amazing all produce was sourced locally as per chef he believes in buying everything locally and supporting the local vendors.
This is an unusual awesome place. It was not crowded and had a special atmosphere.

This is such a unique concept, loved our whole experience! We were well spaced out and very comfortable dining here. The chef took so much care and pride in each course and we loved trying everything along with the drink pairings! Most memorable dish for me was the cold smoked scallop dish. Would absolutely recommend for small groups, special occasions, or romantic evening!

My date and I were looking for a new experience and this definitely was it! We were greeted at the door and immediately felt the speak easy vibe. The brownstone was 2 levels with a cool koi pond in the backyard, which had a chill vibe. We started with a complimentary cocktail and seated at the “chef’s corner”, right in front of the chef and where he prepared the food. It was so much fun to get this amazing type of attention from the chef. Each dish we tasted had distinct flavor and presented w a great story behind it. Each course was paired with great wine as well. The intimate setting is perfect for a safe dining experience with social distancing at mind.
I look forward to bringing a group in and having the space to ourselves as they can host up to 10 guests exclusively in the main dining area. Awesome spot for an exclusive birthday dinner. Thanks for a great tone Chef Sun!

Sort of a nontraditional restaurant, but in a good way. We couldn't find the entrance, so we called. The chef came down and got us, he was really friendly and welcoming. The space is really beautifully designed - theres a lot of space unlike most cramped NYC restaurants so I felt safer eating inside than at most other places. 70's music was chill, food was great, the chef prepared and explained all the food right in front of us. They also have a koi fish pond in the back which was cool. Great if you're looking for a speakeasy experience or a safe indoor experience during COVID.
