Nova Kitchen & Bar
Food is so bad. Chefs don’t know how to make sushi. The price is too high and it is not worth it. Service is good, but there are still room for improvement. Wish I can get my money back
In many ways, this place is typical of restaurants that are connected to a hotel. The prices are high, hardly anyone goes there, and the food was fairly good but not exceptional. I enjoyed the Dan Dan Noodles though I wish it was bigger. The 5 Element Dumplings were very good though the gimmick where they use food coloring to give each a different color is pretty lame. It also redirects attention away from the fact you are only getting 5 dumplings. The Miso Black Cod was tasty but also small. The Yellowtail with Crispy Onions was not good at all. The fish was good quality but everything was at refrigerator temperature and there was no sauce at all. I expected ponzu or similar.
It was empty as it was Halloween and all the wait people were in costume. They have a full bar with specialty cocktails but the one I had was just ok.
Cool vibe and delicious food at Nova Kitchen. The yellowtail sashimi was delicious as well as the miso cod. They made my daughters birthday celebration so special.
Drinks were water down and did not taste good at all.
Food was nothing special and portion size small for price. Place was pretty empty for dinner. Definitely will not be coming back. For the price, I would rather go to water grill where the ambiance, food, and drinks is so much better.
Food was good but the service was poor. Waited 25 mins for our drink order.
Horrible. Food was gross. Service was terrible. Forgot to bring one of our entrees and waited 30 minutes for it to come.
Food was ok, service was good. I was expecting more and was disappointed.
New place, good vibe and service. Very much enjoyed dinner
I just went for sushi. The fish was very fresh and the service was good. But it was pricey and the selection is very limited.
Great meal on the patio!
Food: Mediocre, over priced with extremely small portions
Service: absolutely terrible. Waited 15mins to be acknowledged after being seated. Food service was completely out of order, the flow of the dinner was thrown off.
Would definitely NOT recommend
Tried several dishes each one delicious. Service was very attentive. Interesting concept with several rooms for dining.
Big restaurant with an upscale vibe. Great cocktails. Mostly small plate-shareable food with beautiful presentation. Attentive service.
Excellent food and service. I'm from a state where smoking is banned in restaurants, so was surprised that our dinner on the patio ended up being a smoky one as the tables filled up, outdoors.
Beautiful inside, gorgeous patio and the food was AMAZING!
We accidentally went on the soft opening date & were treated to lots of attention & conversation. The wine list is fabulous. The salads were unique & delicious. The sushi was unbelievably good. We had the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura. We also received a tour & there are so many seating & celebration options. I highly recommend this new restaurant!
Talk about attention to detail. This restaurant is phenomenal the server Haley visited my table multiple times to check on my experience and the manager came to introduce himself to me. I’m in town on a work trip so it was nice that he took the time to speak to me even though I was a solo diner. The restaurant is themed by the 4 elements. The esthetics of the dining experience is something straight out of a catalog. The food and cocktails delivered as well. If I could give this restaurant 6 stars I would!
