We were seated promptly in conjunction with our 6:15 pm reservation. The restaurant was very busy. Our server was polite & courteous, yet I think he was multitasking as best he could with other duties. Our server appeared to be assisting bar staff bringing supplies. Food was good as always, no issues there.

Food was mediocre. My daughter ordered the teriyaki salmon and it was too salty. I ordered the mustard chicken and it was too dry. Entire dish including the sides were lukewarm.

One of our favorite places. The food is great, Sarah, our server, was also great. My wife ordered the Jambalaya and loved it, she said she's glad the sausages were not too hot. I had the haddock, a favorite of mine.

NYAJ's is always good and exactly what it represents itself as. It's everyday good food in a nice atmosphere. Not for a special occasion and not when you just need an inexpensive sandwich quick. But for everything in between!

As a regular customer, I’ve always enjoyed NUAJ. Today, one of my usual go-to’s (mustard-crusted chicken) was not well prepared. The green beans were badly over cooked - they were mushy and I asked for a new serving, which was also overdone. The mashed potatoes were significantly over-salted. I don’t know who was cooking, but it definitely items was sub-par today. I was disappointed. Service was fine.

We had a great dinner. Hadn’t been to NYAJ’s in quite a while. The one we frequented in Randolph closed. We miss it. This one in Westwood was very good. I had the haddock & my husband had a Cobb salad. Both were great!

We were ignored by our waiter, however, we noticed the waitresses were very attentive to their customers. The steak tips were full of grizzle and undercooked. Basically inedible. Chicken Parm was good. All things considered, 99 is a better value.

The service was great--the host and our waitress were both warm and geniune. The reason for a lower ratings is the prices at NYAJ's and how significantly they've gone up in the last few years--noticably more than other restaurants. I used to frequent the Waltham restaurant too but rarely go there because of their pricing.

The Waldorf dressing was peppier than usual, but okay. GF chicken park was an enormous hit. Problems with the focaccia continue. It was overly moist and definitely lacked salt. Our niece was actually putting table salt on hers. Can this be dealt with?

I have eaten 50 times at NYAJ and the food is slowly declining from fantastic to good. Watch out! You don’t want to become Bertuccis.
