   Our service at dinner was fantastic, and the food was amazing! The only thing worth noting is when I showed up with my reservation, they said they don't take reservations. I showed my confirmation email, and they were very confused.

   Server was outstanding and made every attempt to make my meal better. Had the fried chicken sandwich and was disappointed.

   For a place like this I expect the food to be much better. The burger isn't great for the value, but the hot chicken sandwich was good. The server was very nice, but the service was very slow. We even saw someone sit at a table, and ended up leaving because they waited 20 mins and didn't even get offered a water. I feel like Grand View could do better with this place.

   We had made reservations but still had to wait 15 minutes before we were seated and then it was another 20 minutes before we even got menus. The staff we had were awesome, it was just very short staffed for the amount of customers.

   Nestled below the Grandview Lodge, the pub has cold beer and hot food. This is decent fare that will quell hunger pains. Enjoyed the hustle and bustle. The staff worked really hard to meet everyone’s needs.

   Made reservations for a Friday night, so it is understandable that it was busy, however it took 17 minutes to be greeted by our server. Once greeted, the service was great for the remainder of our experience! Live music was great, our spot was great, food was great, drinks were great!

    Our food came quickly, but we waited 30 minutes after requesting the bill. So many people without reservations came in & there were not enough servers on to accommodate.
