Beautiful food, lovely staff but not attentive to getting drinks. Unfortunately very cold inside - definitely wear warm clothes!! Heaters or an indoor fire is needed

We had booked and were seated within inches of another couple with the large proportion of the restaurant devoid of patrons at this time. When we asked for a separate table we were advised that we would have our eating time reduced to 45 minutes, with no logical explanation. We chose this alternative and the person who reluctantly allowed this was heard and seen to utter to who would become our waitress... "These two are going to be trouble" Really ? What sort of professional does this?? After mentioning this to the restaurant manager who aploogized profusely, he sent the pepetrator to our table who proceded to expalin that he was talking about someone else. So .. al liar as well. The food was faultless however these actions spoiled an otherwise lovely experience. There was no discount offered or given for this atrocious behaviour. Go for the food - stay for the insults.

Overall slow service, food was okay but nothing amazing. Restaurant did not give us enough time to enjoy mains prior to prison tour which was a package they promoted.

The food and location is one of the best I have witnessed . Downfalls being seated next to breezy doorway in winter. Wrong menu was offered in the beginning due to doing dinner and prison tour experience . One sided never arrived. One drink never delivered . Offered desert and never came back with menu. Also never advised us of tour commencement and missed part of tour.
