First negative experience I’ve had using this app: I made a reservation at North Shore Grille and, upon arriving, was surprised that the place was set up for a private event. The person addressing me assured me she had no idea what this Open Table business was and that this was a private party. This is a good establishment with good food. I would think they chose to be associated with this service. I won’t boycott the place because of one rude, ignorant person, but am tentative about trusting that I truly have the reservation I book in the future.
