Absolutely blown away by the quality of food and the value for money. Had the most fantastic dinner with family and cant wait to go again!

The service standard is below par. Staf do not know when to take a plate or leave it. They literally chased out of the establishment, rather than allowing us to sit and enjoy the meal.

Great place for lunch or dinner for the whole family

The welcoming and knowledgeable staff at the entrance set the scene for an enjoyable visit. This was followed by friendly and efficient wait staff in the Banyan Restaurant who added to the experience. We didn't see the kitchen staff but they are to be congratulated on well presented and flavoursome meals. The bar staff also excelled with a pleasant manner and efficiency. We were not rushed out as we chatted and enjoyed an extra drink before heading homewards. Thank you to all!

Not a lot to choose from on the menu but it was fast. The salad needs work, seemed to be dry coleslaw with half a cherry tomato was pretty poor. Waitress at the desk was pretty rude but the girl serving our table was lovely.

Ordered coffee in cups, received mugs. Coffee burnt and bitter.

I understand it is not a high end restaurant but attention to detail and listening to the order were poor.

Water was not offered and had to be requested.

We love the ambience & service at that NLSC. We would like to give special thanks to our waitress Ashley, what a fantastic job she did! The whole table loved her, she was very patient & accommodating to our table. We visit every couple of weeks and the service we received this week is by far the best to date, Ashley & Helen made sure of it. Thank you ladies!

We were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary with our daughter and son in law. Everyone was very happy with the service, cost and food.

Food is always amazing and the service is usually good. This visit the service was lacking and there were 2 main issues; (1) had to get up and chase people down to pay and (2) on occasions we experience a drinks waiter saying they only serve drinks when we're ready to order and then have to wait for the service up to 15min at least when the drinks waiter could have been proactive and done the chasing for us (i.e. like a service). The attitude is their job is done by just serving drinks, but seriously its a business and we expect smooth transparent services from a collective team. Has been collaborate in the past, so suspect new staff the reason.

Great venue, great food very relaxed yet professional. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Had a great lunch. My husband and I had booked a table and when my eldest son turned up Helen got another chair for him to join us. Much appreciated.

Food was great, heaps of choice and well priced. Service was a little slow but it was peak period Sunday lunch.

One meal was excellent (Pork Belly) and one was very ordinary (Rib fillet steak). The steak was unimpressive and the pepper sauce was tasteless. I returned it and found the mushroom sauce almost as bad.

The food (Moroccan chicken, new to the menu I was told) was excellent, as was the service. Will definitely go there again.

Excellent ambience. Not an extensive menu but a good variety to suit all tastes. Specials were good value. Quality of food was very good. Only disappointment is that I asked for very hot coffee but this is an issue that I face most places with coffee.

Great catch up, we asked to be moved to side as had baby, they put us at the rear or restaurant near the exit door to deck and the air conditioning could hardly reach us.
I ordered lunch special of flathead it arrived with a full basket of chips and three very well cooked battered fish (not enjoyable) the salad was chunky and disappointing, another guest had chicken schnitzel again that had been over cooked and dry , charging good money should mean good food, not the case here too many guests to cope I think.

Would be nice to see a 15 dollar menu done well!
Staff were attentive and friendly overall great location.

Had a nice night but the steak was hard to cut and even more difficult to chew. Same for our guest.

Absolutely terrible. Flavourless meals and over cooked steak. Left 3 quarters of our meals on plates and not one of the three staff that cleaned our table asked if we enjoyed our meals. $117 down the drain lol.

Great food, great considerate serve-staff, great prices, and all served in a beautiful setting. Love this club.
